Abstract
Dalam tugas akhir ini kami merancang sebuah alat yang
berfungsi sebagai pengganti pengadukan konvensional dari proses
pembuatan kopi kothok khas Bojonegoro dan Cepu. Proses
pembuatan melalui pengadukan langsung bubuk kopi,gula dan air
dalam satu panci yang direbus bersamaan hingga mendidih.
Sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan panas yang dapat mengganggu
keselamatan kerja operator pada saat pengadukan.Konsep
pengadukan menggunakan empat pengaduk dan mengadopsi
pengadukan pada mixer rumah tangga.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tugas akhir
meliputi perencanaan dan perhitungan untuk mendapatkan desain
dan penentuan komponen dan bahan yang digunakan.
Hasil dari perencanaan dan perhitungan didapatkan gaya
pengaduk sebesar 7,41 N total pengaduk dengan daya mesin
sebesar 20 Watt dan putaran pengadukan 205rpm..

In this thesis we designed a tool that serves as a
substitute for stirring coffee-making process konvensionaldari
typical kothok Bojonegoro and Cepu. Making process through
direct stirring coffee powder, sugar and water in a pot of boiled
simultaneously until boiling. So that the heat can potentially
interfere with the safety of the operator at the time of stirring. The
concept of using a four-stirrer stirring and stirring adopt on
householdmixer.
The method used in the preparation of the final project
includes planning and calculations to get the design and
determination of the components and materials used.
The results of the calculation, planning and force of 7.41
N stirrer stirrer with a total engine power of 20 Watt and 205 rpm
stirring round.
