Abstract

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE
WMO) merupakan Production Sharing Contractor dari SKK
Migas. Sebagai operator dari blok west Madura offshore, saat ini
PHE WMO memiliki beberapa wellhead platform, 2 processing
platform dan satu onshore receiving facilities di gresik. PHE
WMO menemukan cadangan baru minyak bumi di blok west
Madura offshore. Menindak lanjuti hal tersebut, PHE WMO
membangun 6 wellhead platform dan 1 processing platform.
Pembangunan wellhead platform dan processing platform
tersebut akan menambah target produksi PHE WMO sebesar
15.000 BOPD crude oil, 33 MMSCFD gas dan 10.000 BWPD
produced water. Untuk menyalurkan minyak bumi yang
dihasilkan dari processing platform ke tangki penampung,
dibutuhkan pompa sentrifugal dengan kapasitas sebesar 15.000
BOPD. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan pompa
sentrifugal dengan debit 15.000 BOPD dan head sesuai dengan
perhitungan. Komponen pompa yang akan dirancang adalah
impeller, poros, pasak, bantalan dan volute.
Data yang digunakan untuk merancang pompa sentrifugal
adalah datasheet yang dikeluarkan oleh PHE WMO dan Piping
and Instrumentation Diagram dari Processing Platform. Metode
yang digunakan pada perancangan pompa sentrifugal ini adalah
metode blades of single curvature.Head yang didapatkan dari perhitungan ulang instalasi
adalah sebesar 339,7 m, sehingga perancangan pompa
menggunakan nilai head yang didapatkan dari data sheet yang
dikeluarkan PHE WMO, yaitu sebesar 340,15 m. Pompa
sentrifugal hasil dari perancangan merupakan tipe radially split
double-casing sentrifugal pump yang terdiri dari 3 stage dengan
prediksi overall efficiency pada kondisi operasi sebesar 78,08%.

PT Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore (PHE
WMO) is Production Sharing Contractor of SKK Migas. As the
operator of west Madura offshore block, PHE WMO has some
wellhead platforms, 2 processing platforms and an onshore
receiving facilities at gresik. PHE WMO found new oil reservoir
on west Madura offshore block. PHE WMO intends to develop 6
wellhead platforms and one new processing platform to
compliance the target that consist of 15.000 BOPD crude oil, 33
MMSCFD gas and 10.000 BWPD produced water. PHE WMO
requires a centrifugal pump for delivering crude oil from
processing platform to reservoir tank on 15.000 BOPD capacity.
Because of that , PHE WMO requires the design of centrifugal
pump that has capacity of 15.000 BOPD and the head required
have to be calculated first. Component to be designed are
impeller, shaft, keys, bearing and volute.
The data used to design the pump are datasheet that have
been published by PHE WMO and Piping and Instrumentation
Diagram of the Processing Platform. The method used to design
the centrifugal pump is blades of single curvature method.
From the calculation, it is obtained that the head of the
required pump is 339,7 m, so the head value used for design the
pump is obtained from datasheet that have been published by
PHE WMO, that is 340,15 m. The pump designed is radially split double casing centrifugal pump that consist of 3 stages with
predicted efficiency on operating condition is 78,08 %
