Abstract

Pada tahun 2013 PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Pusri) telah membangun pabrik baru yaitu Pusri IIB yang menggantikan Pusri II. Pada Pusri IIB koordinasi rele proteksi pada jaringan masih buruk dan apabila dibiarkan dapat menyebabkan kegagalan sistem kelistrikan. Untuk itu perlu koordinasi ulang rele arus lebih dan membatasi arus saat gangguan, dengan tujuan koordinasi proteksi lebih mudah dilakukan. Cara membatasi kenaikan arus gangguan adalah dengan menggunakan Hybrid SFCL (Superconducting Fault Current Limiter). Arus gangguan yang terjadi dapat direduksi dengan memanfaatkan reaktansi dari Current Limitting Reactor (CLR) yang terhubung parallel dengan superconductor. Pemasangan Hybrid SFCL akan ditempatkan pada feeder antara Bus STG1 dengan SG-61 dan Bus T-STG1 dengan SG-61 karena memiliki nilai arus hubung singkat yang besar dan karena nilai arus kontribusi yang hampir sama. Sebelum dilakukan pemasangan Hybrid SFCL, saat gangguan antara Bus SG-61 dengan Bus STG1 nilai arus kontribusi pada Bus T-STG1 dengan SG-61 sebesar 16,98kA dan saat gangguan antara Bus SG-61 dengan Bus T-STG1 nilai arus kontribusi pada Bus STG1 dengan SG-61 sebesar 21,46kA. Setelah dilakukan pemasangan Hybrid SFCL nilai arus kontribusi pada Bus T-STG1 dengan SG-61 menjadi 7,15Ka dan nilai arus kontribusi pada Bus STG1 dengan SG-61 sebesar 8 Ka. Setelah pemasangan Hybrid SFCL pada jaringan arus kontribusi menjadi berkurang sehingga perlu seting ulang rele. Untuk melihat hasil dari pemasangan Hybrid SFCL dan pengaruh pada sistem koordinasi proteksi maka akan disimulasikan.

In 2013 PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja (PUSRI) has built a new factory namely PUSRI IIB which replaces PUSRI II. In coordination IIB PUSRI protection relays on the network is still bad and if left unchecked can lead to failure of the electrical system. It is necessary for the coordination of overcurrent relays and limit the current flow interruption, with the aim of coordinating protection easier. How to limit the increase in noise current is to use the Hybrid SFCL (Superconducting Fault Current Limiter). Flow disturbance can be reduced by utilizing the reactance of limitting Current Reactor (CLR) that is connected parallel with the superconductor. Installation Hybrid SFCL will be placed in the feeder between STG1 with SG Bus 61 and Bus T-STG1 with SG-61 because it has a large shortcircuit current and for current values are almost equal. Prior to the installation of hybrid SFCL, when interference between Bus SG-61 with Bus STG1 value of current contributions to the Bus T-STG1 with SG-61 for 16,98kA and when the interference between Bus SG-61 with Bus TSTG1 value of current contributions to the Bus STG1 with SG-61 for 21,46kA. After the installation of Hybrid SFCL value of current contributions to the Bus T-STG1 with SG-61 into 7,15Ka and the value of current contributions to the Bus STG1 with SG-61 at 8 Ka. After the installation of Hybrid SFCL on the network stream the contribution to be reduced so that the necessary re-setting relay. To view the results of the installation of Hybrid SFCL and influence on the coordination of protection systems will be simulated.
