Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan dunia otomotif khususnya sepeda
motor terus dikembangkan untuk mendapatkan kenyamanan
dalam pengendalian. Produsen otomotif khususnya roda dua
(sepeda motor) telah memproduksi kendaraan yang memakai
sistem transmisi otomatis yang disebut dengan CVT
(Continuously Variable Transmission) sistem. Sistem transmisi
pulley and belt.
kontak kemiringan drive pulley.
kecepatan 0 km/jam hingga 15 km/jam.

This time, the development of the automotive especially
motorcycle the further development of the to get comfort in
control.Producers automotive especially two - wheeled (a
motorcycle) has produced vehicle who wears system automatic
transmission and it is called cvt (continuously variable
transmission) system.Transmission system of these are using a
gear wheel use the system pulley and belt.Variation drive pulley
sold dipasaran indicates that the selection kind of drive pulley
appropriate can improve the performance of vehicles standards,
and this underlying of duty the end of this time.
On this project the end of these are data who want to
obtained was its torque produced and the ratio transmission
vehicles. To get a torque, needs to be done dynotest directly to the
rear wheel by variation some the type form drive pulley, also in
each variation drive pulley will produce the ratio a transmission
that different. And also analysis against an onset slip on belt if the
changes at an angle contact slope drive pulley.
The results obtained of torque highest produced by
drivers pulley with an angle 12° on a vehicle Vario 125 PGM-FI
of 351.63 N-m produced at the speed of 0 km per hour to 15
kilometres an hour. While for high speed from 15 Kilometres an
hour to highest speed, large torque highest owned by drivers
pulley with an angle 14°. So based on value torque, driver pulley
with an angle 12° it is better used in the city, while driver pulley
with an angle 14° it is better used outside of town.
