Abstract

Gedung Apartemen Springwood merupakan gedung yang terdiri dari 15 lantai dengan ketinggian ±53 m. Gedung tersebut awalnya direncanakan dengan material beton bertulang biasa pada keseluruhan lantai, dimana pada lantai 15 terdapat ruangan dengan bentang balok 15,8 meter. Penggunaan bahan dan material beton bertulang pada perencanaan gedung tersebut dinilai tidak efektif, sehingga pada gedung ini dilakukan modifikasi dengan metode balok prategang.
Tugas Akhir ini membahas tentang perencanaan dengan menggunakan beton prategang. Perencanaan yang dilakukan pada Gedung Apartemen Springwood meliputi perencanaan struktur sekunder, struktur utama prategang maupun non-prategang, perhitungan pondasi, serta metode pelaksanaan balok prategang yang dibuat monolit dengan kolom. Selain itu, karena balok prategang memiliki daktilitas yang rendah dalam perencanaan, gedung tersebut membutuhkan pertimbangan seperti penggunaan prategang parsial untuk meningkatkan daktilitas dari balok tersebut.
Dalam pelaksanaannya, metode balok prategang yang digunakan adalah post tension (pasca tarik), yaitu dilakukan pengecoran balok terlebih dahulu. Kemudian, setelah beton mengeras, tendon diberikan gaya tarik.
Modifikasi Perencancanaan gedung ini dilakukan berdasarkan peraturan yang terbaru yaitu, SNI 2847:2013 tentang perhitungan beton untuk bangunan gedung, SNI 1726:2012 tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk bangunan gedung, SNI 1727:2012 tentang beban minimum untuk perancangan bangunan gedung dan struktur lainnya, PPIUG 1983 tentang peraturan pembebanan Indonesia untuk gedung, serta peraturann mengenai beton pratekan yang memenuhi syarat tahan gempa.
Hasil dari modifikasi gedung Apartemen Springwood ini meliputi ukuran balok induk 40/50 dan 40/60, ukuran balok anak 30/40 dan 30/45, ukuran balok prategang 45/80 dan 3 macam ukuran kolom yaitu yaitu untuk lantai 1-5 80x80, lantai 6-10 70x70, dan lantai 11-15 60x60. tebal pelat direncanakan dengan tebal 12 cm dan 3 jenis type pile cap.

Springwood Apartment is a building consisting of 15 floors with a heigh of ±53 m. The building was originally planned with ordinary reinforced concrete material on the entire floor, in which on the 15th floor there is a multifunction room with beam span of 15,8 meters. The use of materials and reinforced concrete material in buliding design was judged to be ineffective, so that the building was modified bya prestressed beam method
This Final Project discussed about a design by using prestressed concrete. The designs made in Springwood Apartment included secondary structure design, the main structure of prestressed and non-prestressed, the calculation of the foundation, as well as the implementation method of prestressed beam created by monolith with the column. Moreover, now that the prestressed beam has low ductility in the design, the building requires consideration such as the use of prestressed partial to improve ductility of the beam
In its execution, the prestressed beam method used was post tension, which is the casting of the beam was the first step to be done. Thus, after the concrete hardens, the tendon is given tensile strength.
Design modifications of this building was done based on the latest regulations, which are SNI 2847: 2013 concerning the calculation of concrete for buildings, SNI 1726:2012 on planning procedures for the earthquake resistance of buildings, SNI 1727:2012 about the minimum load for the design of buildings and other structures, and PPIUG 1983 on the regulation of Indonesia burden for buildings, as well as regulation concerning prestressed concrete eligible earthquake resistant.
The results of the modification of the Springwood Apartment building are 40/50 and 40/60 primary beams dimensio, 30/40 and 30/45 secondary beams dimension and 3 type of column’s dimension, on the 1st-5th floor using 80x80 column, on the 6th-10th floor using 70x70 column, while on the 11st-15th floor using 60x60 column. This building use a plate with 12 cm thickness and used 3 type pile cap
