Abstract
Suatu gedung dapat digolongkan menjadi gedung tingkat tinggi apabila struktur gedung secara arsitektural mempunyai ketinggian dimulai dari 35 dan 100 m ataupun lebih. Pada umumnya para perencana gedung cenderung untuk menggunakan analisa statik linear, dimana juga disebut sebagai “first order analysis” atau analisa tingkat satu, untuk memperhitungan gaya – gaya dalam seperti bending moment, shear forces dan displacement yang nantinya akan digunakan sebagai desain struktur. First order analysis atau analisa tingkat satu menggunakan asumsi sifat defleksi yang kecil dimana gaya – gaya yang dihasilkan , seperti momen , shear forces dan displacement tidak menerima efek tambahan akibat perpindahan struktur yang dikarenakan beban vertical yang sebelumnya tidak bekerja karena beban lateral belum ada. P-delta merupakan efek nonlinear (second order) yang bekerja pada setiap struktur dimana elemen – elemenya bergantung pada beban aksial. Bangunan kondo tower yang terletak di Surabaya ini akan direncanakan dan dianalisa secara linear untuk memperoleh gaya – gaya dalamnya juga akan dianalisa menggunakan analisa nonlinear atau analisa P-delta karena gedung kondo tower ini termasuk dalam jajaran gedung tingkat tinggi (high rise building), yang harus dipertimbangkan secara matang sehingga tingkat serviceability serta safety dapat terjamin. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan perbandingan gaya dalam antara hasil struktur dengan P-delta maupun tanpa P-delta. Pada bangunan kondo tower yang dianalisa secara linear didapatkan bending momen pada kolom C8 lantai 14 sebagai tinjauannya untuk load combination 1.2D+1.3Qx+0.123D sebesar -414.897 kN-m dan untuk shear forcesnya untuk load combination yang sama sebesar -173.504 kN sedangkan untuk kondo tower yang dianalisa secara nonlinear atau analisa P-delta pada letak tinjauan yang sama yaitu kolom C8 lantai 14 dengan load combination yang sama pula didapatkan bending moment sebesar -419.149 kN-m dan untuk shear forcesnya sebesar -236.495 kN. Dapat dilihat terdapat perbedaan sebesar 1.02 % untuk bending momentnya sedangkan pada shear forcesnya terdapat perbedaan sebesar 15.36%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh P-delta harus diperhatikan apabila terdapat perbedaan lebih dari 10%. Pada tugas akhir ini juga dilakukan control stabilitas struktur ditinjau dengan P-delta , dari hasil analisa koefisien stabilitas arah X didapatkan sebesar 0.126 dan untuk koefisien stabilitas arah Y didapatkan sebesar 0.144, pada persyaratan disebutkan bahwa koefisien stabilitas tersebut tidak boleh melebihi koefisien stabilitas maksimum setelah dilakukan perhitungan yaitu 0.1 , dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa struktur gedung kurang stabil sehingga dibutuhkan re-desain atau desain ulang dengan menambah kekakuan struktur melalui pembesaran penampang ataupun penambahan shear wall. =================================================================================== A building can be categorized into high rise building if the building structure architecturally has height start from 35 to 100m or more. Generally building designer tend to use static linear analysis, or can be called “first order analysis”, to calculate the internal forces in example bending moment, shear forces and displacement that will be used to design the structure. First order analysis is using a small assumption on deflection that the internal forces produced in example momen, shear forces, and displacement don’t get an extra effect affected by the structure displacement caused by vertical load that doesn’t work before, because lateral load is not yet occur. P-delta is an nonlinear effect (second order) that work in evert single structure where its element depends on axial loads. This Condo tower that located in Surabaya, will be design using static linear to get the internal forces and will be analyzed using nonlinear or P-delta analysis because this building category is high rise building, that has to be seriously design so that the serviceability and the safety is really okay and safe. In this final assignment will be comparing the internal forces between linear and P-delta analysis. In this condo tower structure that analyzed using static linear is generating bending momen in C8 column in 14th floor as the observation for 1.2D+1.3Qx+0.123D load combination is -414.897 kN-m and for the shear forces for 1.2D+1.3Qx+0.123D load combination is -173.504 kN while in the condo tower that analyzed using nonlinearity or P-delta analysis on the same observation point that is in C8 column and on the same load combination the bending momen is -419.149 kN-m and for the shear forces is -236.495 kN.It can be observed that there is 1.02% differentiation for the bending moment and 15.36% for shear forces. It can be concluded that P-delta effect must be considered if there is more than 10% gap.In this final assignment will control the structure stability as well with P-delta, from the analysis of stability coefficient in X direction the result is 0.126 and for stability coefficient in Y direction the result is 0.144, the requirement state that the maximum stability coefficient obtained from the calculation is 0.1, it can be concluded that the building structure is unstable so it needs to be re-design to increase the structure stiffness through the section enlargement or addition of shearwall.
