Abstract

Boiler (B-6203) merupakan unit yang digunakan untuk men-supply steam pada steam generator pabrik III PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Unit ini merupakan unit penting pada pabrik III karena apabila terjadi kegagalan pada B-6203 maka akan menghentikan semua proses pada pabrik III. Dengan menentukan empat buah node pada unit Boiler B-6203, yaitu economizer, steam drum, superheater dan burner diketahui bahwa laju keandalan hingga mencapai keandalan minimum menurut standart perusahaan yaitu 0.6. Nilai keandalan sistem pada rentang waktu 2000 jam atau 3 bulan yaitu 0.52. Waktu interval maintenance berada pada range 3750 jam hingga 26000 jam. Valve FV-6212 memiliki interval waktu maintenance yaitu 3750 jam operasi. Pada analisa Safety Integrity Level (SIL) kuantitatif dengan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), diperoleh nilai SIL sistem B-6203 yaitu SIL 2 dengan nilai PFD 0.00102. Sementara pada analisa SIL semi-kuantitatif dengan metode Risk Graph diperoleh hasil SIL 1 pada node economizer, steam drum dan superheater. Node burner memperoleh SIL 2 karena pada komponen tersebut apabila terjadi kebocoran pada aliran natural gas, maka dapat menimbulkan api hingga ledakan pada plant. ================================================================================================================== Boiler (B-6203) was unit used to supply steam in the steam generator third factory PT. Petrokimia Gresik. B-6203 was an important unit. If there were failure on the B-6203, the system would stop all processes on the plant. There were four nodes on the unit Boiler B-6203, such as the economizer, steam drum, superheater and burner. The minimum reliability reliability according to standard company is 0.6. The value of system reliability on a span of 2000 hours or 3 months that is 0.52. The interval of maintenance schedule in the range of 3750 hours until 26000 hours. FV-6212 has the lowest interval of maintenance schedule in 3750 hours of operation. In the analysis of Safety Integrity Level (SIL) with quantitative methods, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Boiler (B-6203) obtained with SIL 2 PFD value of 0.00102. The value of SIL with semi-quantitative method, risk graph method, given result SIL 1 in node economizer, steam drum and superheater. Node burner obtained SIL 2 due to the components in the event of a leak on the flow of natural gas. It could cause a fire to an explosion in the plant.
