Abstract

Tinta konduktif berbasis metal organic decomposition (MOD) telah berhasil dibuat. Prekursor perak pada penelitian ini berasal dari perak oksalat. Perak oksalat direaksikan dengan amonia sebagai agen pengompleks. Kompleks perak oksalat- amonia ditambahkan agen pereduksi berupa etilen glikol, sehingga membentuk tinta konduktif. Tinta dicetak pada media kertas foto dengan metode penulisan secara langsung. Kertas foto kemudian dipanaskan untuk memperoleh pola konduktif. Pengaruh konsentrasi etilen glikol, suhu dan waktu pemanasan terhadap pola konduktif juga diteliti. Konduktivitas pola yang dihasilkan, diukur nilai resistansinya menggunakan multimeter. Nilai resistansi rendah sebesar 2,562 Ω, diperoleh pada penambahan etilen glikol 40% yang dipanaskan pada suhu 215 ̊C selama 60 menit. Permukaan pola konduktif dianalisa menggunakan mikroskop optik ====================================================================================================== Conductive ink-based on metal organic decomposition (MOD) has been made, silver oxalate has choosen as silver percusor, ammonia as complexing agent, ethilen glycol was added to silver oxalate-ammonia complex as reducing agent, the ink was printed to glossy paper via direct writing method, then heated to get the conductive track . the influence of ethylen glycol concentration, temperature, and time to the conductive patern has been investigated. the resistance of conductive track measured by multimeter, The optimum resistance was 2,562 Ω, it was obtained when the ink was heated at 215 C for 60 minutes, the surface of conductive track analisizd by optic microscope.
