Abstract
Dewasa ini sangat banyak permasalah yang dialami sebuah perusahaan galangan salah satunya adalah tentang sistem informasi nya yang mana sangat banyak mengeuarkan biaya dalam investasi pembangunannya.
Dari permasalah di atas maka penulis mencoba membuat perencanaan strategis SI/IT yang bisa memaksimalkan perencanaan tersebut tanpa adanya tambal sulam.
Skripsi ini menyajikan sebuah penelitian tentang perencanaan strategis sistem informasi/ teknologi informasi yang mampu memberikan masukkan pada proses bisnis suatu perusahaan, khususnya disini adalah perusahaan galangan swasta.
Pada akhir penelitian dihasilkan sebuah Portfolio aplikasi yang akan menjadi suatu acuan kepada perusahaan tersebut tentang apa saja pengembangan teknologi yang diperlukan dalam jangka waktu 5 tahun mendatang.

Today so many problems experienced by a company shipyard one of which is on its information system which is very much mengeuarkan costs in construction investment.
Of the problems above, the authors tried to make the strategic planning of IS / IT planning can maximize the absence of a patchwork.
This paper presents a study on strategic planning of information systems / information technology capable of delivering enter the business processes of an enterprise, especially here shipyard company private.
At the end of the study generated a portfolio of applications that would be a reference to the company of any development of the necessary technology within the next 5 years.
