Abstract
Semakin luasnya permasalahan perusahaan galangan pada sistem informasi menyebabkan pengeluaran semakin besar.Hal ini menyebabkan dibutuhkan investasi yang lebih untuk menanggulanginya.
Dari permasalahan di atas dibutuhkan perencanaan strategis SI/IT yang bisa memaksimalkan perencanaan tersebut tanpa adanya tambal sulam.
Penelitian ini menyajikan tentang perencanaan strategis sistem informasi/ teknologi informasi yang mampu memberikan masukkan pada proses bisnis suatu perusahaan, khususnya disini adalah perusahaan galangan.
Pada akhir penelitian dihasilkan analisa model portfolio aplikasi sistem informasi McFarlan dimana aplikasi yang akan dibangun akan sangat potensial dalam menunjang kinerja perusahaan. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan sebagian besar aplikasi yang diusulkan terletak pada kuadran Key operational dan Support.

At the end of the study produced analysis of the model portfolio McFarlan information system applications where the application to be built will be very potential in supporting the company's performance. This is shown by the majority of the proposed application located in quadrant Key operational and Support.
