Abstract

Ikan hasil tangkapan dari laut harus segera diawetkan untuk memperlambat proses pembusukan. Pembusukan ikan menjadi hal yang dihindari oleh para nelayan karena dapat menurunkan nilai jual ikan. Kapal-kapal penangkap ikan memerlukan alat pendingin yang dapat mengawetkan ikan hasil tangkapan lebih lama dibandingkan es balok, maka dilakukanlah penelitian tugas akhir mengenai analisa teknis dan ekonomis pengembangan industri komponen peralatan pendingin ruang muat kapal ikan di Indonesia. Komponen pendingin yang dimaksud adalah komponen utama penyusun sistem refrigerasi yaitu: Kondensor, Evaporator, dan Insulasi. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah melakukan analisa teknis meliputi pemilihan lokasi industri, proses produksi, pemeriksaan hasil produksi, penentuan kapasitas produksi, penentuan peralatan dan mesin yang digunakan, serta pembuatan layout pabrik dengan luas bangunan
1.927 m2 serta luas tanah 3.108 m2 yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Panceng, Kabupaten Gresik. Analisa ekonomis meliputi analisa kondisi pasar di Indonesia mengenai permintaan komponen pendingin ruang muat kapal ikan untuk tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2025 serta perhitungan keuangan industri. Biaya investasi pembangunan industri ini diperkirakan sebesar Rp 13.446.846.320 yang berupa biaya pembelian tanah, pembangunan gedung pabrik, serta pembelian peralatan dan mesin. Lalu dilakukan perhitungan biaya operasional dan pemasukan perusahaan agar dapat melakukan analisa kelayakan investasi dengan menggunakan metode Break Event Point, Return of Investment, dan Internal Rate of Return yang hasilnya digunakan untuk menentukan kelayakan pengembangan industri. Berdasarkan analisa yang telah dilakukan Break Event Point terjadi pada 6 tahun 2 bulan dengan nilai Return on Investment kira-kira sebesar Rp 5.799.250.000. Nilai Internal Rate on Return adalah sebesar 20,40% lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga pinjaman bank sebesar 10,25%

Fish catches from the sea should be preserved to slow down the process of decay. Fish spoilage becomes avoided by fishermen because it can reduce the sale value of fish. Fishing vessels require refrigeration to preserve the fish longer than ice cubes, we conducted research thesis on the technical and economic analysis of industrial development cooling component load space fishing vessels in Indonesia. Cooling component that was the main component of a refrigeration system are: condenser, evaporator, and insulation. The purpose of this research is a technical analysis covers site selection industry, production process, inspection of production, the determination of production capacity, determination of the equipment and machinery used, and manufacturing plant layout with an area of 1.927 m2 and a land area of 3.108 m2, located in the District Panceng, Gresik. Economic analysis includes the analysis of market conditions in Indonesia regarding space demand refrigeration components and unloading of ships fish for the next 10 years of industrial and financial calculations. The investment cost of development the industry is estimated at Rp 13.446.846.320 in the form of the purchase cost of land, construction of factory buildings, as well as the purchase of equipment and machinery. Then the calculation of operational costs and revenues of the company to conduct a feasibility analysis of investment by using the method of Break Event Point, Return of Investment, and Internal Rate of Return whose results are used to determine the feasibility of the development of the industry. Based on the analysis that has been done Break Event Point occurred in
6 years and 2 month and Return on Investment of approximately Rp 5.799.250.000. Internal Rate of Return value at 20.40% is greater than the interest rate of bank loans amount of 10.25%.
