Abstract

Pada Tugas Akhir ini mengambil data bangunan
Laboraturium dari proyek pengembangan Kampus Universitas
Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Dalam perencanaan
perhitungan struktur gedung menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka
Pemikul Momen Menengah. Pada perencanaan akan mengalami
sedikit perubahan pada komponen gedung laboraturium yang pada
awalnya terdiri 3 lantai dengan atap rangka baja menjadi 4 lantai
dengan atap pelat beton.
Perencanaan perhitungan beton bertulang menggunakan
peraturan SNI 2847-2013 mengenai “ Peraturan Persyaratan Beton
Bertulang untuk Bangunan Gedung “ dan peraturan PBBI 1971
mengenai “Peraturan Beton Bertulang Indonesia”. Pembebanan
gedung menggunakan peraturan PPIUG 1983 mengenai “Peraturan
Pembebanan Indonesia untuk Gedung”.Pembebanan gempa
menggunakan peraturan SNI 1726-2012 mengenai “Tata Cara
Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung
dan Non Gedung” dengan metode statik ekuivalen. Dalam analisa
gaya dan momen menggunakan aplikasi SAP2000 dibantu dengan
aplikasi lainnya.
Hasil dari perhitungan perencanaan berupa gambar kerja
dari struktur atas ( kolom,balok,pelat ) sampai struktur bawah (
pondasi ).

In this Final Project, the Laboratorium Construction data
was retrieved from development project of Sunan Ampel Islamic
University of Surabaya. Intermediate Moments Frame System
Method is used in calculating and planning the building structure.
In the planning process, there were be little changes in
laboratorium building components that was initially consist of 3
floors with the steel-structured roof into 4 floors with concreteplated
roof.
Planning the calculation of reinforced concrete were using
the SNI 2847-2013 regulation about “Regulatory Requirements for
Reinforced Concrete Buildings” and PBBI 1971 regulation on
"Regulation of Reinforced Concrete Indonesia". Imposition of
building were using the PPIUG 1983 regulation about “Indonesia
Loading Regulations for Buildings”. Imposisiton of earthquake
were using the SNI 1726-2012 regulation about “ Earthquake
Resilience Planning Procedures for Non-Structural Building and
Building" with the equivalent static method.In force and moment
analysis, SAP2000 and other application was used.
The result of calculation planning were the work drawing
of upper structure (column, breams, plates) until the lower structure
(foundation).
