Abstract

Senyawa metabolit sekunder yaitu senyawa campuran β-sitosterol dan stigmasterol serta senyawa sikloartobilosanton telah berhasil diisolasi dari kulit akar tumbuhan Artocarpus elasticus, salah satu tumbuhan dari Maumere Pulau Flores - Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dan dikenal dengan sebutan Mune. Proses pemisahan kedua senyawa tersebut melalui ekstraksi, fraksinasi dan rekristalisasi menggunakan pelarut organik. Elusidasi struktur ditentukan dengan Spektroskopi UV, FTIR, 1H-NMR dan 13C-NMR. ================================================================================================================== Compounds secondary metabolites, namely mix of β-sitosterol and stigmasterol along with sikloartobilosanton has been isolated from roots bark Artocarpus elasticus, which is a plant from Maumere Flores Island - East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) with local name Mune. Both compounds is separated by extraction, fractionation and recrystallization with organic solvent. The structure of compound was determined by UV, IR, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR Spectroscopy.
