Abstract

heat exchanger pengalami permasalahan terhadap time delay sehingga
mengatasi berbagai masalah banyak variabel kontrol seperti interaksi,
sugeno. Kinerja yang dihasilkan diperlihatkan oleh beberapa hasil
simulasi. Pengendalian terhadap pendekatan linear plant dengan
kontroler MPC berbasis model fuzzy takagi sugeno menggunakan
parameter Np (prediksi horizon)= 10, Nc (kontrol horizon)= 2, matriks

Heat Exchanger is a processing instrument, had function for
transferring heat between 2 fluids of different temperatur and they had
been divided by a partition. The heat exchange processing has delay
time so it takes controllers are able to overcome the time delay and
efficient sources of energy available can actually be more efficient so
there is no wasted energy. Model Predictive Control (MPC) with based
Fuzzy Takagi Sugeno model had been successfully applied in various
industrial processes cause its ability to solve a variety of a lot of
problem variable controls such as interaction, delay time, and
restrictions. In this last task is studied about fluide temperatur
controlling simulation of heat exchange using MPC with based fuzzy
takagi sugeno model. Application result of those fluide temperatur
controlling is shown as simulation of MATLAB, that is used for analize
ability using MPC with based fuzzy takagi sugeno model method. This
ability is shown by some simulation results. Control of plant linear
limited using MPC with based fuzzy takagi sugeno model controller
parameter Np (horizon prediction) = 10 Nc (horizon control) = 2
balancing matrices ̅=1, and with combination setting factor balancing
error , with 1,02 while result prediction under temperatures 40°C and
1,03 while result prediction upper 40°C, can give stabil response
without ripple, overshoot with avarege 0,24% and improvement error
0,95% from fixed, with error 1,2%.
