Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas perlu dilakukan dalam setiap aktivitas proses produksi untuk menjaga kestabilan suatu produk dan konsistensi kualitas produk agar hasil produksi sesuai dengan ketentuan kebutuhan pasar. T2-Statistic sering digunakan dalam pengendalian kualitas proses. Peta kendali multivariat T2-Statistic pada dasarnya mempunyai tujuan utama untuk peningkatan dan pemeliharaan kualitas dengan menstabilkan proses tersebut. Analisa pendekatan berdasarkan Nearest In Control Neighbor (NICN) terhadap titik pengamatan melalui data sekunder Clay Putih ini, dalam perhitungan peta kendali multivariat T2-Statistic biasa diketahui satu pengamatan out of control. Kemudian dicari variabel penyebab out of control menggunakan T2-Statistic dengan metode NICN, diketahui terdapat tiga pengamatan out of control dan selanjutnya terkendali secara mean proses setelah pengamatan out of control dihilangkan dan dapat diketahui variabel yang merupakan penyebab tiga pengamatan tersebut out of control. Pada penelitian ini, dinyatakan bahwa kemampuan proses Clay Putih uncapable.

Quality control is necessary in every production process. It is applied to maintain the stability of a product and the consistency of quality product, so that the production can fit to market’s requirement. T2-Statistic is often used in the quality control process. Multivariate control chart T2-Statistic basically aims to enhance and maintain the quality by stabilizing process. The approach analyzing is based by Nearest In Control Neighbor (NICN) towards the observation point through secondary data of Clay Putih, the research shows using T2-Statistic, we obtain one out of control observation . In the end, this result shows that the process capability indices of Clay Putih is uncapable.
