Abstract

Melihat fungsinya maka pengaturan neraca massa sangat
kehilangan tekanan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini memiliki
constraint yaitu tekanan maksimum – tekanan minimum dan
kapasitas laju massa maksimum pada setiap sumur. Hasil dari
optimasi menunjukkan bahwa rata rata error 6.7% dari 15
sumur dengan nilai laju massa setiap sumur karakteristik A
memiliki nilai 0.27 Kg/s dengan pressure drop 56261.22 Pa
sedangkan pada karakteristik B memiliki nilai 0.43 Kg/s
dengan kehilangan tekanan 340601 Pa dengan total laju massa
5 kg/s.

Gas wells must be treated or maintained gas mass
flowrate that is delivered on demand. In other words, if too much
mass that sent exceed will be reinstated into the well. And then
when mass flowrate less will cause not maximal production and
can even cause trip for example on the compressor. Therefore,
See the function of mass balance needed special treatment in this
system, one of which is by optimizing mass flowrate condition of
any well made as objective function. On this research uses the
Beggs-Brill equation and Gilbert correlation to find out the value
of mass flowrate and pressure drop where each well will be
collected at one point called with header and from the header will
be sent to a separator facility. The mass flowrate target is the
minimize difference sums of 15 wells with the mass flowrate at
header is constant. Each well will divided into nine wells has
same characteristics which called well A and six wells has same
characteristics which called well B. which mass flowrate well is
variables will be optimized.using simplex method. Mass flowrate
target should not surpass the maximum mass capacity at each
well. The variable have a constraint i.e. the maximum pressure –
minimum pressure and maximum flowrate mass capacity at each
well. The results show that the optimization of average error is
6.7% from 15 wells. Well A has a value is 0.27 Kg/s with pressure
drop 56261.22 Pa while on well B has a value is 0.43 Kg/s with
pressure drop 340601 Pa with total mass flowrate about 5 kg/s.
