Abstract
Tujuan utama dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisa pembangunan industri
alutsista kapal baik secara teknis maupun ekonomis. Tahapan pertama, dilakukan analisa
pasar guna menentukan jenis dan jumlah alutsista kapal yang akan dibangun. Kedua,
dilakukan pemillihan lokasi dan tata letak beserta perencanaan fasilitas yang akan dibangun.
Ketiga, dilakukan analisa aspek ekonomis untuk mengestimasi kelayakan dari pembangunan
industri alutsista kapal. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan, pasar yang akan
diambil oleh industri yang akan dibangun adalah pembangunan 1 perusak kawal rudal per 2
tahun, 1 kapal cepat rudal pertahun, 1 kapal patroli cepat pertahun, dan 1 kapal angkut tank
per 2 tahun. Lokasi yang direncanakan berada di Tanjung Jabung Timur, Jambi. Dengan
sistem perencanaan yang telah dilakukan, pembangunan industri alutsista kapal ini
membutuhkan investasi sekitar 668 milyar rupiah dengan pengembalian modal pada tahun ke
– 10.

The main objective of this final project is to analyze the development of naval ship
building industry in technical and economical aspect. In the first phase, the potential market
need to be analyzed in order to estimate the type and number of naval ships which will be
built. In the second phase, the location of naval ship building was selected and then following
with the planning of facilities. In the third phase, the economical analysis was performed to
estimate the feasibilty of the development. Based on the market analysis, the predicted type
and number of naval ships was 1 guided missile destroyer per 2 years, 1 fast missile boat per
year, 1 fast patrol boat per year, and 1 landing craft tank per 2 years. The location of the naval
ship building was proposed at Tanjung Jabung Timur, Jambi. The development of this naval
ship building requires an investment cost about 668 billion rupiahs with payback period in the
10th year.
