Abstract

PT. Pertama Mina Sutra Perkasa merupakan perusahaan penambangan swasta nasional yang mempunyai wewenang dalam pemanfaatan gunung batu kapur di daerah Puger, Jember, Jawa Timur. Perusahaan ini ingin meningkatkan omzet penjualan batu kapur, serta ingin mengoptimalkan penjualan yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan maksimal dari produk mix gilingan saat ini.
Suatu penelitian akan dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kinerja sistem produksi PT. Pertama Mina Sutra Perkasa dalam memproduksi batu kapur. Evaluasi kinerja sistem produksi dapat dilakukan dengan menghitung harga pokok produksi menggunakan metode full costing dan menghitung kapasitas real produksi. Berikutnya, akan dilakukan pemodelan secara matematis sistem produksi dan penjualan batu kapur ke dalam optimasi Linier Programming yang menghasilkan penjualan optimal dari produk gilingan batu kapur supaya bisa menghasilkan keuntungan maksimum.
Dalam tugas akhir ini didapatkan harga pokok produksi untuk jenis batu bongkah sebesar Rp13.49, batu affal sebesar Rp 20.41, size 40-60 mm sebesar Rp18.68, size 10-25 mm sebesar Rp21.61, size 3-4.5 mm sebesar Rp46.00, size 2-3.5 mm sebesar Rp46.98, size 1.2-3.35 mm sebesar Rp45.71, dan size 0-1 mm sebesar Rp63.00. Serta didapatkan optimasi penjualan produk mix batu kapur dengan komposisi jumlah penjualan, harga jual dan
jumlah produksi yaitu untuk jenis batu bongkah sebesar 98.276.000 Kg, Rp40.00, 98.276.000 Kg. Batu Affal sebesar 23.040.000 Kg, Rp.10.00, 23.040.000 Kg. Size 40 - 60 mm sebesar 72.889.140 Kg, Rp33.80, 88.684.30 Kg. Size 10-25 mm sebesar 68.810.470 Kg, Rp40.00, 68.810.470 Kg. Size 3-4.5 mm sebesar 12.475.550 Kg, Rp95.00, 12.475.550 Kg. Size 2 - 3.5 mm sebesar 10.092.720 Kg, Rp82.50, 10.092.720 Kg. Size 1.2 - 3.35 mm sebesar 26.455.700 Kg, Rp40.00, 29.561.430 Kg. Dan size 0-1 mm sebesar 16.423.020, Rp.62.50, 16.423.020 Kg.

PT. Pertama Mina Sutra Perkasa is a national private company which have the authority to authorize the use of limestone hill in Puger, Jember, East Java. This company will increase the turnover of limestone sales and optimize sales which result maximum profit from the existing product mix.
An experiment have been done to analyze and evaluate the production system performance of PT. Pertama Mina Sutra in producing limestone. The evaluation of production system perrformance is done by counting the production cost by using full costing method and by counting real capacity production. The evaluation of performance use mathematical model of production system and limestone sales by using linear programming optimization which result the optimum sales of limestone mill product in order to achieve maximum profit.
The result of experiment shows that the production cost for each type of limestone are Rp13.49 for bongkah stone, Rp20.41 for affal stone, Rp 18.68,00 for size 40-60 mm, Rp21.61 for size 10-25 mm, Rp46.00 for size 3-4.5 mm, Rp46.98 for size 2-3.5 mm, Rp45.71 for size 1.2-3.35 mm and Rp63.00 for size 0-1 mm. The result of experiment also shows that the maximum profit is attained from number of lime stone sales, the combination of selling price and number of lime stone production for each type of bongkah stone, affal stone, size 40-60 mm, size 10-25 mm, size 3-4.5 mm, size 2-3.5 mm, size 1.2-3.35 mm, and size 0-1 mm are (98.276.000 Kg, Rp40.00, 98.276.000 Kg), (23.040.000 Kg, Rp10.00, 23.040.000 Kg), (72.889.140 Kg, Rp33.80, 88.684.30 Kg), (68.810.470 Kg, Rp40.00, 68.810.470 Kg), (12.475.550 Kg, Rp95.00, 12.475.550 Kg), (10.092.720 Kg, Rp82.50, 10.092.720 Kg), (26.455.700 Kg, Rp40.00, 29.561.430 Kg) and (16.423.020, Rp.62.50, 16.423.020 Kg) respectively.
