Abstract

Produksi direncanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Perencanaan produksi untuk mengantisipasi permintaan konsumen di masa yang akan datang. Apabila terdapat kesalahan, mengakibatkan kelebihan atau kekurangan produksi, sehingga laba yang diperoleh perusahaan berkurang. Penelitian ini untuk memperkirakan kebutuhan bahan baku menggunakan metode ARIMA. Dari hasil peramalan tersebut ditentukan jumlah produksi optimal dengan metode Economic Production Quantity (EPQ).
Dari hasil perencanaan produksi plywood didapat jumlah produksi optimal 160.668 unit yang dapat menurunkan total biaya biaya sebesar 9,45%.

If there are errors, resulting in excess or lack of production, so that the profits that accrue to the company. This research was to estimate the needs of raw materials using the method of ARIMA.
