Abstract
Berat badan lahir (BBL) adalah berat badan bayi yang ditimbang dalam waktu satu jam pertama setelah lahir. Berat badan lahir menjadi masalah ketika ternyata bayi lahir dengan berat badan kurang dari seharusnya atau bayi berat lahir rendah (BBLR). Kasus BBLR menjadi perhatian khusus karena sering kali menyebabkan kematian bayi. Jumlah BBLR di Kabupaten Jombang yang dilaporkan tahun 2014 semakin memburuk dibandingkan tahun 2013. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi status BBL Tahun 2016 di RSUD Kabupaten Jombang. Berdasarkan perhitungan sampel, jumlah data yang digunakan sebanyak 100 data bayi yang dilahirkan di RSUD Kabupaten Jombang. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan metode regresi logistik biner dengan variabel respon status BBL yang dikategorikan normal dan rendah. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kasus berat badan lahir rendah adalah umur kehamilan ibu saat melahirkan (X5), komplikasi kehamilan ibu (X6) dan kadar Hb ibu (X8) dengan ketepatan klasifikasi 82 persen.

Birth weight is the weight of the baby who weighed within the first hour after birth. Birth weight becomes a problem when it turns out the baby is born weighing less than it should or low birth weight babies. Low birth weight babies case is of particular concern because it often leads to death of the baby. Number of low birth weight babies in Jombang reported worsened in 2014 compared to 2013. Therefore, in this study to determine the identification of the factors that affect the birth weight 2016 in Jombang District General Hospital. Based on the sample calculations, the amount of data that used were 100 babies born in Jombang District General Hospital. The analysis used a binary logistic regression method with the birth weight response variables considered normal and low. The analysis showed the factors that affect the case of low birth weight is maternal gestational age (X5), maternal pregnancy complications (X6) and maternal hemoglobin concentration (X8) with a classification accuracy of 82 percent.
