Abstract
Peta Rencana Detil Tata Ruang (RDTR) merupakan peta hasil penjabaran dari Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) yang dituangkan dalam rencana pemanfaatan ruang kawasan ruang kab/kota. Peta tersebut disusun untuk menyiapkan perwujudan ruang kota dalam rencana pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan yang memuat pemanfaatan ruang kawasan dengan menetapkan blok-blok peruntukan pada kawasan fungsional yang dimuat dalam peta rencana berskala 1: 5000 atau lebih. Dalam penyelenggaraan pembuatan peta RDTR diselenggarakan dengan menggunakan peta dasar dan peta tematik melaui metode spasial yang ditentukan dalam Peraturan Kepala Badan Informasi Geospasial (BIG) Nomor 16 Tahun 2014 tentang Tata Cara Pengelolaan Peta Rencana Tata Ruang.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini menggunakan pengolahan dengan proses interpretasi citra dan analisa spasial pada data citra satelit citra resolusi tinggi Pleiades dengan resolusi spasial 0,5 m yang telah dilakukan proses Orthorektifikasi dan data sekunder berupa peta RDTR Bagian Wilayah Perkotaan (BWP) Lumajang Hasil Perencanaan tahun 2013-2033.
Dalam pembuatan peta RDTR dilakukan proses analisa spasial dengan membadingkan kesesuaian data peta Dasar yang telah dibuat terhadap Hasil Perencanaan Peta RDTR BWP (Bagian Wilayah Perencanaan) Lumajang tahun 2013-2033. Sehingga didapatkan hasil berupa 46 unsur tutupan lahan peta dasar skala 1:5000 sebanyak 17 Nomor Lembar Peta (NLP) dengan luas wilayah sebesar 35,27 km2., dan Peta RDTR pola ruang skala 1:5000. ======================================================================
Spatial Detailed Spatial Plan Map (RDTR) is a map of elaboration result from Spatial Plan (RTRW) as as utilization plan stated in city area. The maps are structured to prepare the realization of urban space in the plan for implementing a development project that includes the utilization of a regional space by specifying the designation blocks in the functional area contained in the map of the scale plan of 1: 5000 or more. In the implementation of RDTR mapmaking is conducted by using the base map and thematic map through the spatial method specified in the Regulation of the Head of Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) Number. 16 year 2014 on Spatial Plan Management Procedures.
The method used in the preparation of this final assigment using the processing with the process of image interpretation and spatial analysis data. satellite image data of high resolution image of Pleiades with 0,5 m spatial process that has been done Orthorectification process and secondary data. RDTR BWP Lumajang Results Planning year 2013-2033.
In making the RDTR map, the spatial crisis process is done by comparing the basic map data that has been made to the RDTR BWP Map (Planned Area Section) of Lumajang in 2013-2033. Result of 46 land cover element map of scale scale 1: 5000 as many as 17 Map Sheet Number (NLP) with area of 35,27 km2, and RDTR Map of pattern of scale scale 1: 5000.
