Abstract

PT Petrokimia Gresik merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang produksi pupuk untuk mendukung program pemerintah swasembada pangan. Salah satu pupuk bersubsidi yang diproduksi oleh PT Petrokimia Gresik adalah pupuk jenis Urea. Dalam rangka menjamin kelancaran proses produksi untuk menghasilkan jumlah unit produk pupuk Urea yang dibutuhkan konsumen, maka perusahaan harus mempunyai sistem perencanaan produksi yang baik dengan ditunjang oleh perencanaan kebutuhan material yang baik pula. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan perencanaan kebutuhan material pembuatan pupuk bersubsidi jenis Urea. Perencanaan kebutuhan material pembuatan pupuk dimulai dengan melakukan peramalan permintaan pupuk Urea periode 2017 berdasarkan realisasi penjualannya selama Januari 2010 hingga Desember 2016 menggunakan metode ARIMA Box-Jenkins. Perencanaan kebutuhan material disusun dengan menggunakan sistem Material Requirement Planning. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah model ARIMA yang terbaik untuk meramalkan permintaan pupuk bersubsidi jenis urea periode 2017 adalah model ARIMA (0,1,[1,9])(0,1,0)12. Perencanaan kebutuhan material pembuatan pupuk urea disusun dengan memperhatikan kapasitas produksi mingguan sehingga dihasilkan total perencanaan kebutuhan pupuk urea tahun 2017 sebanyak 397277,36 ton, total perencanaan kebutuhan material amonia sebanyak 225653,54 ton, dan karbon dioksida sebanyak 295971,64 ton.

PT Petrokimia Gresik is a manufacturing company engaged in the production of fertilizers to support the government's food self-sufficiency program. One of the subsidized fertilizer produced by PT PKG is Urea fertilizer types. In order to ensure a smooth production process to produce the number of units of urea fertilizer products required by customers, the company must have a good production planning system, supported by material requirements planning is good too. Therefore, in this study will be made of material requirements planning subsidized urea fertilizer. Material requirements planning begins with fertilizer urea fertilizer demand forecasting period in 2017 based on the realization of its sales during January 2010 to December 2016 using the Box-Jenkins ARIMA
method. Material requirements planning prepared using Material
Requirement Planning system. The conclusion is that the best ARIMA
model to forecast the demand for subsidized urea fertilizer 2017 period is
ARIMA (0,1,[1,9]) (0,1,0)12. Material requirements planning urea
fertilizer composed with respect to capacity so that the resulting total
weekly production of urea fertilizer demand planning as much as
397,277.36 tons in 2017, total material requirements planning as much as
225,653.54tons of ammonia, and carbon dioxide as much as 295,971.64
tons
