Abstract

Stabilitas tegangan menjadi salah satu faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan dan operasi sistem tenaga listrik. Fenomena tegangan jatuh harus dihindari dan kejadian tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa kondisi seperti pembebanan yang tinggi, kontingensi, atau gangguan yang lain. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, stabilitas tegangan sistem tenaga listrik 150 kV Jawa Timur Subsistem Paiton – Grati pada tanggal 10 Februari 2017 akan dianalisa dengan Fast Voltage Stability Index (FVSI), Line Stability Factor (LQP) dan Line Collapse Proximity Index (LCPI). Fast Voltage Stability Index (FVSI) adalah indeks stabilitas tegangan yang mengacu pada saluran sistem, Line Stability Factor (LQP) didapat dari formulasi faktor-faktor stabilitas saluran pada sistem berdasarkan konsep transmisi tenaga pada sebuah saluran dan Line Collapse Proximity Index (LCPI) mengabaikan reaktansi line charging dalam menurunkan persamaannya. Reaktansi line charging saluran ini dapat berpengaruh terhadap stabilitas tegangan. Pada sistem Jawa Timur Subsistem Paiton – Grati menghasilkan indek FVSI, LQP dan LCPI kurang dari satu. Pada saat beban jam 19.30 diperoleh nilai indeks FVSI sebesar 0,07857, LQP sebesar 0,09848 dan LCPI sebesar 0,11547.

The voltage stability becomes one of the factors that need to be considered in the planning and operation of electric power systems. The phenomenon of voltage collapse should be avoided and the event may be caused by several conditions such as over load, Contingency or other disorders. In this Final Project, the voltage stability of the power system of East Java Paiton - Grati Subsystem 150 kV on 10 February 2017 will be analyzed with Fast Voltage Stability Index (FVSI) and Line Stability Factor (LQP). Fast Voltage Stability Index (FVSI) Is a voltage stability index that refers to the system channel, Line Stability Factor (LQP) obtained from the formulation of line stability factors on the system based on the concept of power transmission line and Line Collapse Proximity Index (LCPI) ignores the reactance of line charging in deriving the equation. This channel line charging reactance can have an effect on voltage stability. In the East Java system, the Paiton - Grati Subsystem produces less than one from FVSI, LQP and LCPI index. At the load time in o’clock of 19.30 obtained FVSI index value at 0,07857, LQP index value at 0,09848 and LCPI index at 0,11547.
