Abstract

Gedung Hotel Best western OJ Padang, Sumatera Barat merupakan gedung beton bertulang 11 lantai yang dirancang menggunakan teknologi Base Isolator sebagai peredam gempa. Penggunaan teknologi base isolator sangat cocok digunakan pada daerah gempa tinggi, dan dapat mereduksi beban gempa yang terjadi dengan cara memperpanjang periode sehingga getaran yang dihasilkan bisa dimimalisir dan kerusakan terhadap bangunan dapat diatasi. Gedung didesain dengan menggunakan High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB). Perancangan dimulai dengan Preliminary desain elemen Fixed Based Structure dan dianalisa dengan pembebanan gempa Respon spektrum dan Statik ekivalen menggunakan SAP 2000 v.17. Hasil analisis Fixed Based Structure digunakan sebagai parameter menentukan dimensi HDRB dan selanjutnya struktur dianalisis kembali dengan model Isolation Structure. Hasil perancangan Isolation Structure meliputi : HDRB dengan trubber=200mm (i.e. Ø900 interior dan Ø750 eksterior), struktur sekunder (i.e. plat SD t=200mm, plat S1 t=150mm dan balok sekunder 500/350), struktur utama (i.e. kolom 750/750, balok 500/700 dan Ground Beam 450/700) dan struktur bawah (i.e. balok Pengikat 450/700, pile cap t=1000mm, tiang borepile D=500 kedalaman 13 m). Semua hasil perhitungan dituangkan dalam gambar teknik. ======================================================================================================================== Hotel Best western OJ building located in Padang, West Sumatra is an 11 stories concrete building planned with Base Isolator technology to reduce earthquake. Base isolator technoloy is suitable to be used in area with high impact of earthquake and it can reduce the earthquake load that occurs by lengthen the periode so that the frequency can be minimized and the damage of the building can be overcomed. The building was planned by using High Damping Rubber Bearing (HDRB). The planning started with Preliminary design element Fixed Based Structure and analized with response spectrum earthquake load and static equivalent with SAP 2000 v.17. The output analysis of Fixed Based Structure used as a parameter to define the dimention of HDRB. Furthermore, the structure would be reanalized with Isolation Structure model. The planning results of Isolation Structure are: HDRB with trubber=200mm (i.e. Ø900 interior and Ø750 eksterior), secondary structure (i.e. plate SD t=200mm, plate S1 t=150mm and secondary beam 500/350), prime structure (i.e. column 750/750, beam 500/700 and Ground Beam 450/700) and ground structure (i.e. beam connector 450/700, pile cap t=1000mm, borepile D=500 depth 13 m). The calculation result was all made in technical representation.
