Abstract

Kota Surabaya merupakan kota terbesar kedua di Indonesia setelah ibu kota Jakarta, kota ini juga memiliki penduduk yang sangat padat, serta pertumbuhan yang pesat sehingga diperlukan pelayanan transportasi salah satunya adalah Lyn Q yang melewati 6 kecamatan, dimana terdapat banyak daerah bangkitan dan tarikan. Pada lyn Q, sistem keberangkatan diatur sendiri oleh para supir, tidak mempunyai jadwal yang tetap dan waktu tempuh yang lama karena rata-rata kecepatan angkot 21km/jam sehingga muncul banyak keluhan dari penumpang yang mendasari judul proyek akhir ini.
Kinerja trayek atau pola pergerakan perjalanan (trip distribusi) penumpang angkutan Lyn Q sebagai trayek Mikrolet jurusan Terminal Bratang – Jembatan Merah Plaza yang dibentuk dalam suatu Matriks Asal Tujuan (MAT) berdasarkan survey lapangan serta model analogi fluida. Pertumbuhan penduduk pada tahun 2022 mendatang diprediksi menggunakan metode furness dalam bentuk Matriks Asal Tujuan (MAT).
Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kinerja trayek lyn Q, didapatkan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap lyn Q tahun 2017 pada hari aktif sebesar 82 kendaraan, sedangkan di hari libur sebesar 61 kendaraan. Lalu pada tahun peramalan 2022 hari aktif sebesar 75 kendaraan lalu dihari libur sebesar 63 kendaraan. Sedangkan kinerja angkutan kota Lyn Q pada tahun 2017 adalah sebagai berikut : Untuk hari aktif load factor eksisting 0.23, headway eksisting 4 menit, frekuensi eksisting 14 armada/jam, load factor rencana 0.7, headway rencana 14 menit dan frekuensi rencana sebesar 4 armada/jam. dan untuk keputusan yang tepat bagi penumpang dan operator maka menggunakan load factor rencana 0.4, headway rencana 7 menit dan frekuensi rencana sebesar 9 armada/jam. Untuk hari libur load factor eksisting 0.2, headway eksisting 5 menit, frekuensi eksisting 11 armada/jam, load factor rencana 0,7, headway rencana 17 menit,frekuensi rencana 4 armada/jam. dan menggunakan load factor rencana 0,4 headway rencana 6 menit, frekuensi rencana 10 armada/jam. Sedangkan kinerja angkutan kota Lyn Q pada tahun 2022 adalah sebagai berikut : Untuk hari aktif load factor eksisting 0.23, headway eksisting 5 menit, frekuensi eksisting 12 armada/jam dan load factor rencana 0,5 headway rencana 10 menit, frekuensi rencana 9 armada/jam. Sedangkan untuk hari libur load factor eksisting 0.21, headway eksisting 5 menit, frekuensi eksisting 11 armada/jam dan load factor rencana 0,5 headway rencana 11 menit dan frekuensi rencana sebesar 7 armada/jam.

Surabaya is the second largest cities in Indonesia, with the density and population growth rapid enough so that be required transportation services one of which is Lyn Q that passes through six districts, where there are many areas of generation and attraction. In lyn Q, departure system regulated itself by the driver, does not have a fixed schedule and about travel time so longbecausespeed of lyn Q 21km/hours it appears a lot of complaints from passengers that underlies the title of this final project.
Performance of the route or movement patterns trip (trip distribution) of pasengers public transportation as the route Lyn Q Bratang Station – Merah Plaza Bridge Surabaya are formed in a Origin Destination Matriks (ODM) based on observations field and the model fluid analogies. Population growth in 2022 predicted with furness method formed in a Origin Destination Matriks (ODM).
Based on the performance evaluation results lyn Q stretch, obtained the social demand for lyn O 2017 on active days by 82 vehicles, while on holiday for 61 vehicles. Then in 2022 forecasting an active day for 75 vehicles and 63 vehicles on the Day holiday. While the performance of urban transportation Lyn Q in 2017 are as follows: For the active day load factor of existing 0.23, headway existing 4 minutes, the frequency of the existing 14 vehicle / hour, load factor plan 0.7, headway plan 14 minutes and the frequency plan of 4 vehicle / hour , And the good decision for passengers and operator actually used load factor plan 0.4, headway plan 7 minutes and the frequency plan of 9 vehicle / hour For the inactive day load factor of existing 0.2, headway existing 5 minutes, the frequency of the existing 11 vehicle / hour, load factor plan 0.7, headway plan 17 minutes and the frequency plan of 4 vehicle / hour. and use load factor plan 0.4, headway plan 6 minutes and the frequency plan of 10 vehicle / hour.While the performance of urban transportation Lyn Q in 2022 are as follows: For the active day load factor of existing 0.23, headway existing 5 minutes, the frequency of the existing 12 vehicle / hour,. use load factor plan 0.5, headway plan 10 minutes and the frequency plan of 9 vehicle / hour.For the inactive day load factor of existing 0.21, headway existing 5 minutes, the frequency of the existing 11 vehicle / hour, use load factor plan 0.5, headway plan 11 minutes and the frequency plan of 7 vehicle / hour for the best decision
