Abstract

Bangunan Ruko A Apartement Puncak CBD berlokasi di Wiyung, Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil Standart Penetration test (SPT) diketahui bahwa gedung dibangun diatas kelas situs tanah lunak dan termasuk dalam kategori desain seismik C sehingga perencanaan struktur mengggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM). Perhitungan struktur dan gempa mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku. Peraturan yang digunakan adalah standar desain yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu SNI 2847-2013 (Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung); SNI 1727-2013 (Beban Minimum untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain); SNI 1726-2012 (Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung). Karena Bangunan Ruko A Apartement Puncak CBD (Central Business District) termasuk kedalam kategori bangunan beraturan sehingga perencanaan beban gempa menggunanakan statik ekivalen. Stuktur sekunder berupa pelat dan tangga yang dipikul stuktur primer yaitu balok dan kolom. Bahan utama penyususan stuktur adalah beton bertulang, dengan mengacu pada SNI 2847-2013. Hasil perhitungan berupa gambar teknik yang meliputi gambar arsitektr, gambar denah struktur, dan gambar detail penulangan beserta perhitungan volume tulangan pada kolom.

Bangunan Ruko A Apartement Puncak CBD” is located at Wiyung, Surabaya. Base on the result of Standard Penetration Test known that it built on soft soil condition and included to Seismic Design Category C. So why the structure planning use intermediate momen resisting frame method (SRPMM). The calculation of the structure base on obstain regulation. it use Standard National Indonesia 2847-2013 (The Manne and Custom of Structure Consideration for Building); Standard National Indonesia 1727-2013 (Minimum Load Srtucture for Building Structure and other Structure Planning); Standard National Indonesia 1726-2012 (Standardisation of Earthquake Resisting Design for Building dan non Building Structure). Because the building is categorized as an uniform building so the load planning due to the seismic effect is using static equivalent. There are plates and stairs in secondary structure, beside that, there are beam and column in primary structure. Main material of the composer structure is reinforced concrete that reffering to Standard National Indonesia 2847-2013.

The final result of the building planning is form of engineering drawing that consist of architectural drawing, structural plan drawing, reinforcement details drawing, and calculation of rebar volume of the column.
