Abstract

Desa Ohoinol di Maluku Tenggara sering mengalami masalah kekurangan ketersediaan air pada saat musim kemarau. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka direncanakan untuk dibangun suatu tampungan air yakni embung yang akan berfungsi menampung air saat musim hujan sehingga air dapat digunakan saat musim kemarau.
Untuk merencanakan embung dilakukan beberapa analisis. Analisis tersebut meliputi analisis hujan rencana menggunakan distribusi Log Pearson Tipe III , analisis banjir rencana menggunakan metode hidrograf Nakayasu, analisis debit andalan menggunakan metode Mock dan analisis kebutuhan air penduduk Desa Ohoinol. Kebutuhan air terdiri dari kebutuhan air baku domestik dan non dometik dan irigasi. Selain itu dilakukan analisis keseimbangan air menggunakan kapasitas embung untuk melihat apakah tampungan embung mampu memenuhi kebutuhan air, analisis penelusuran banjir menggunakan metode penelusuran waduk dan analisis terhadap keamanan konstruksi bangunan embung.
Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh besar debit banjir sebesar 10.90 m3/s . Nilai rata-rata debit andalan 0.003 m3/s untuk Q90% dan 0.015 m3/s untuk Q50%. Kebutuhan air Desa Ohoinol sebesar 30,990 l/hari untuk air domestik dan 6,260 l/hari non domestik. Nilai tampungan mati embung ohoinol sebesar 12,317.19 m3 dan tampungan efektif 69,797.40 m3. Analisis keseimbangan air yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan embung mampu memenuhi kebutuhan air desa ohoinol. Dari analisis-analisis tersebut maka tubuh embung direncanakan berada pada
elevasi dasar +15.00 m sampai elevasi puncak +25.00 m. Tinggi total tubuh embung adalah 10 dengan kemiringan hulu 2.5 dan kemiringan hilir 2.0. Bangunan pelimpah embung menggunakan mercu tipe ogge, berada pada elevasi +23.00 m dengan lebar mercu 4.0 m. Dari analisis penelusuran banjir, elevasi muka air banjir pada +23.86 m. Kolam olak untuk meredam energi menggunakan USBR tipe III. Konstruksi tubuh embung dan pelimpah telah dianalisis keamanannya dan dinyatakan aman dalam kondisi muka air normal dan muka air banjir.

Ohoinol village in Southeast Maluku suffers from lack of water availability during the dry season. In order to solve the problem, a water reservoir is planned to be built. The reservoir will stores water during rainy season so the saved water can be used during dry season.
Several analyses are done in this reservoir design. The analyses are including rainfall analysis using Log Pearson Type III distribution, flood discharge design using Nakayasu method, water discharge availability using FJ Mock method and water demand analysis of Ohoinol village. The water demand consists of raw-water domestic and non-domestic and irrigation. Then, there are analyses of water balance using reservoir capacity to find out whether the reservoir storage could fulfills the water demand, flood routing analysis used reservoir routing method and stability analysis of reservoir construction to make sure the safety of the construction.
From the analyses, flood discharge is obtained to be equal to 10.90 m3/s. Average value of dependable discharge is 0.003 m3/s for Q90% and 0.015 m3/s for Q50%. Water demand of Ohoinol Village is 30,990 l/day for domestic water and 6,260 l/day for non-domestic water. The dead storage of Ohoinol reservoir is 12,317.19 m3 and the effective storage is 69,797.40 m3. Water balance analysis shows that the reservoir can fulfills the water demand. From those analyses, the dam construction is planned for 10 m height. The base elevation is at +15.00 m and the crest elevation is at +25.00 m with upstream slope equal to
1:2.5 and downstream slope equal to 1:2.0. The spillway is using ogee type with 4.0 m widths for its fall and its crest elevation is at +23.00 m. From flood routing analysis, the water level during the flood is at +23.86 m elevation. Stilling basin is using USBR type III. The dam Construction and spillway has been analyzed and they are safe in both normal water level and flood water level condition.
