Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah pengunjung baik domestik maupun mancanegara ke Pulau Weh, Sabang setiap tahunya sangat memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pulau Weh,Sabang,namun dari peningkatan jumlah wisatawan tersebut tidak diikuti dengan infrastruktur penunjang yang ada, salah satunya kapal wisata. Menurut data dari Badan Pusat Statistik Sabang, jumlah wisatawan di PulauWeh pada tahun 2015 mencapai 623.635orang namun jumlah kapal wisata yang beroperasi, yaitu 106 kapal. 76 dari 106 kapal yang beroperasi pun tidak layak, karena hasil modifikasi kapal kayu penangkap ikan dan bahkan sudah memakan korban. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir adalah melakukan analisis teknis dan ekonomis kapal Glass Bottom Catamaran Boat di Pulau Weh,Sabang. Kapal ini didesain untuk mengakomodasi penumpang untuk melihat pemandangan bahari bawah laut di perairan Pulau Weh tanpa harus menyelam, melainkan melalui material transparan yang dipasang di demihull dan geladak utama kapal. Bahan yang digunakan sebagai material glass bottom transparan adalah Akrilik, karena memiliki berat jenis ringan dan 92% cahaya yang melewatinya dapat diteruskan. Katamaran dipilih sebagai jenis kapal yang digunakan karena mempunyai geladak yang lebih luas, stabilitas lebih baik. Penentuan ukuran utama awal kapal menggunakan 10 kapal pembanding yang dibandingkan dengan data jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di Sabang dan presentase jumlah wisatawan bahari di Sabang sebagai acuan dalam penentuan payload kapal. Dari proses tersebut, ukuran utama yang didapatkan adalah Lpp = 19.6 m, B = 7.3 m, T = 1.1 m, H = 2.0 m, B1 = 2.0 m, CB = 0.398, dan Vs = 10 knot. Sedangkan, analisis ekonomis dilakukan dengan Analisis Kelayakan Investasi. Kelayakan investasi dilakukan selama 10 tahun dengan biaya produksi = Rp. 2.621.596.947, NPV = Rp 7.316.804.369, IRR = 33%, dan PP = 2.51 tahun. ============================================================================================ The increasing number of both domestic and foreign visitors to Pulau Weh in Sabang every year highly spurs the economic growth in Pulau Weh, but the increasing number of tourists is not followed by an sufficient infrastructure, one of which is tourist ship. According to the data of BPS- Sabang, the number of tourists in 2015 reached 623.635 people but the number of ships operated only 106 vessels. 76 of the 106 ships which operated was not decent, because the ships are the result of modificated wooden fishing boats and have taken so many lives. The objective of the final project is to analyze the technical and economic of Catamaran Glass Bottom Boat in Pulau Weh, Sabang. These ships are designed to accommodate passengers to see the sights of underwater sea in Pulau Weh through the transparent material mounted on demihull and the main deck of the ship without having to dive. The materials used as the transparent material is acrylic, because it has lighter specific gravity and characteristic in which can be penetrated by 92% of light. Catamaran is selected as the type of ship used in this final project, because it has a wider deck and better stability. The determination of the initial main dimention of the ship uses 10 boats which are compared with the data on the number of tourist visits in Sabang and the percentage of marine tourist in Sabang as a reference in determining the payload. From this process, the main dimention obtained are Lpp = 19.6 m, B = 7.3 m, T = 1.1 m, H = 2.0 m, B1 = 2.0 m, CB = 0398, and Vs = 10 knots. Meanwhile, the economic analysis is conducted by the Investment Feasibility Analysis. Investment feasibility is conducted over 10 years with a production cost = Rp. 2.621.596.947, NPV = Rp 7.316.804.369, IRR = 33%, and PP = 2.51 years.
