Abstract

Struktur di perairan Indonesia khususnya jenis fixed jacket platform sebagian besar telah beroperasi melebihi umur operasi (service life). Dengan masa operasi yang telah melewati service life maka perlu dilakukan analisa ultimate strength untuk mengetahui kekuatan cadangan struktur tersebu agar struktur dapat beroperasi secara aman pada sisa umur operasinya. Pada penelitian ini struktur yang digunakan adalah L-COM Well Platform milik Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java. Keruntuhan struktur terjadi karena terbentuknya member plastis. Member yang mengalami plastisitas terlebih dahulu akan dilakukan analisa lokal untuk mengetahui sebaran plastic hinge dan tegangan yang ada pada member tersebut dengan menggunakan finite element. Hasil dari analisa ultimate strength didapatkan RSR (Reserve Strength Ratio) terkecil pada arah pembebanan 315° sebesar 6.46 dan member yang mengalami plastisitas terlebih dahulu adalah member horizontal brace 486-407. Sedangkan tegangan maksimum member pada saat collapse sebesar 1663.5 Ksi dan tegangan rata-rata sebesar 121.45 Ksi. Jadi kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa struktur mengalami keruntuhan setelah melewati kondisi plastis dan tegangan ultimatenya.
