Abstract

Sebagai conference room, Ruang Sidang Fisika ITS harus memiliki parameter-parameter akustik yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap peserta. Paramter tersebut meliputi tingkat kebisingan ruang, distribusi SPL, RT, C80, dan D50. Pengukuran bising latar belakang dan distribusi SPL dilakukan dengan mengukur SPL ditiap titik pengukuran, pada distribusi SPL menggunakan sumber suara berupa white noise dari speaker yang ditempatkan di panggung. Sementera untuk pengukuran RT, C80 dan D50 dilakukan dengan membangkitkan respon implus melalui metode balloon burst. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan nilai tingkat bising latar belakang yaitu NC-40 s/d NC-45 Distribusi SPL tidak merata karena perbedaan nilai SPL antara posisi yang paling dekat dengan sumber dan yang paling jauh berkisar 14 dBA, sementara untuk pameter waktu dengung 0,98 s ±0,19, C80 bernilai 3,28 dB ±2,6, dan D50 bernilai 50,07% ±11,68 setara dengan nilai SI 90-97% kategori kejelasan suara “bagus”. Nilai ini belum memenuhi kriteria sebagai ruang konferensi, namun ruang lebih mengarah sebagai fungsi ruang musik. =========================================================== As conference room, physics ITS courtroom must have the acoustic parameters required to achieve a good acoustic condition, so that the participants receive clearly the information provided by speaker. To get the good condition of these acoustic, the necessary measurements of baground noise, distribution of acoustics parameters include SPL, RT, C80, and D50. Baground noise and SPL distribution is done by measuring SPL at each measurement point, but on the SPL distribution using the sound source of white noise from the loadspeakers placed on the stage. As for the measure of RT, C80 and D50 is done by generating an impulse response through the “balloon burst” method. From the measurement results, the value of baground noise level between NC-40 and NC-45 that exceeds the value of conference room/speech room criteria. the SPL distribution is uneven because the different value of SPL between the closest and the most away of the stage reaches more than 14 dBA, while the reverberation time is 0,98 s, C80 is 3,28 dB, and D50 is 50,07% equivalent to the SI value of 90-97% speech intelligibility category of “good”. This value is not satisfy enough to fulfill the criteria as conference room. It is more suitable as music room.
