Abstract

PT.
an kecepatan respon pengaduan 45 menit.
SAIFI (System Average Interuption Frequency Index).

PT. PLN (Persero) has a vision that is recognized as a world-class company. To achieve this, PLN strives to comply with WCS (World Class Service) standards. WCS standard for long outages per customer is 70 minutes with a 45 minute complaint response speed. However, what happens today long goes out per customer is 296 minutes per year and the response speed of customer complaints is two hours. In addition, PLN still relies on complaints through Call Center 123 for reporting power outages. Therefore, in this Final Project was made a tool that reported the existence of power outage on JTR (Low Voltage Network) with report in the form of SMS (Short Message Service). When the JTR goes off the Peak Detector circuit detects off the network and sends a signal to the Arduino Nano. Next Arduino sends an SMS to the Operator and Officer of PLN. SMS received by Operator is stored into Database on Delphi7 Software connected to Maestro100 GSM Modem. After that the data stored time is can used to calculate the SAIDI System Average Interuption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interuption Frequency Index). With this power outage reporter the time of outages is closer to real time. Compared to reporting off via call center 123, reports of impediments are more quickly transmitted to the Disruptive Service Officer within 7 seconds
