Abstract

Studi electro-mechano-acoustic untuk mengetahui karakteristik loudspeaker woofer dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sudut dengar loudspeaker berdasarkan power. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh hambatan voice coil, beda ukuran diameter loudspeaker dan beda kuat medan magnet terhadap kualitas suara dan power loudspeaker. Studi ini lakukan dengan mengukur parameter dari karakteristik loudspeaker berupa frekuensi respon, impedansi dan thiele small parameter. Penelitian dilakukan meliputi pengaruh impedansi, dimensi dan kuat medan magnet loudspeaker terhadapdaya dan frekuensi suara yang dihasilkan. Hambatan loudspeaker double voice coil dengan dirangkai seri (pengurangan 50 %) menaikan power sebesar 4 dB. Perangaian paralel (penggandaan hambatan menjadi 200%) dapat menurunkan power sebesar 3 dB. Perbedaan ukuran diameter loudspeaker dari 10 inci menjadi 12 inci dapat menaikkan power sebesar 5 dB dan menghasilkan frekuensi resonansi dari 33 Hz menjadi 29 Hz. Penambahan kuat medan magnet sebesar 25 % dapat meningkatkan power sebesar 3 dB dan menurunkan frekuensi resonansi dengan delta 1 Hz. Sedangkan untuk penambahan magnet 2 % tidak mempengaruhi parameter apapun.

The electro-mechano-acoustic study to know the characteristic of woofers loudspeaker is aimed to know the influence of loudspeaker's hearing angle based on power. To know the effect of voice coil barrier, difference of loudspeaker diameter and magnetic field strength difference to sound quality and loudspeaker power, this research is done by measuring parameters of loudspeaker characteristics such as response frequency, impedance and Thiele Small Parameter. The research was conducted to cover the influence of impedance, dimension and strength of the loudspeaker magnetic field on the power and frequency of the sound produced. Resistor double voice coil loudspeaker with series circuit (50% reduction) by 4 dB power increase. Parallel circuits (doubling resistance to 200%) can lower power by 3 dB. The difference in loudspeaker diameter size from 10 inches to 12 inches can raise power by 5 dB and produce resonance frequency from 33 Hz to 29 Hz. Adding a magnetic field strength of 25% can increase power by 3 dB and decrease resonance frequency with 1 Hz delta. As for the addition of 2% magnet does not affect any parameters.
