Abstract

Beton pracetak adalah salah satu inovasi yang kini banyak digunakan dalam proses konstruksi, hal ini karena beton pracetak memiliki beberapa kelebihan dibanding metode konvensional. Dapat mempercepat waktu pengerjaan, proses produksi yang tidak tergantung cuaca, meminimalisir terjadi-nya sisa material yang terbuang, dll. Gedung Apartemen Galeri Ciumbuleuit Bandung dirancang menggunakan metode beton bertulang konvensional (cast in-site) dengan jumlah 20 lantai, 1 lantai difungsikan sebagai parkiran dan 19 lantai untuk hunian. Disamping sistem pracetak, Sistem pada gedung ini menggunakan sistem ganda dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus dan Dinding Geser. Hasil perancangan meliputi dimensi balok induk 40/60, balok anak 30/50 dan tebal pelat 120mm. Dimesi kolom dibedakan setiap 5 lantai yaitu lantai B1-3 900x600 mm, lantai 4-8 800x500 mm, lantai 9-13 700x500mm, lantai 14-18 500x500mm dan dinding geser didapat tebal 200 mm. Sambungan pracetak menggunakan sambungan basah dan korbel. Pondasi menggunakan bore pile diameter 800mm dengan kedalaman tiang 20m, sedangkan tebal pile cap adalah 0,8m. ======================================================================================================================== Precast concrete is one of the most innovative concrete systems since it has advantages compared to the cast-in-situ method. It can save construction time, better production process, independent of the weather, minimizing waste material, etc.. Galeri Ciumbuleuit Bandung apartment building structure has been designed using conventional concrete method with 20 stories, a story is used for parking garage and the remaining 19 stories for residences. Besides, precast system, the overall structural system of the building uses the dual system with special moment frame and shearwall. The design results are 40/60 primary beams, 30/50 secondary beams, and 120-mm thick of half slab. The dimensions of columns are distiguished for every five stories in which the 1st-3th floors use 900x600mm columns, the 4th-8th floors use 900x500 mm columns, 9th-13th floors uses 700x500 mm columns,14th-18th floors use 500x500 mm columns. The precast connections use wet connection and corbel. The fondation uses 800-mm diameter of bore pile with 20-m depth, while thickness of the pile cap is 0.8 m
