Abstract

Gedung Hotel Quest Surabaya yang didesain setinggi 13
lantai (±40,8 m) akan dimodifikasi menjadi 14 lantai (± 43 m) dan akan didesain menggunakan beton bertulang pada keseluruhan lantai. Kemudian akan direncanakan dengan beton prategang pada lantai 13 dan lantai atap karena adanya 2 lantai tambahan yakni lantai 12 dan 13 yang akan didesain untuk ruang seminar tanpa adanya struktur kolom di tengah ruangan, sehingga ruang seminar menjadi lebih nyaman dan luas dibandingakan dengan penggunaan balok nonprategang yang akan menghasilkan dimensi yang lebih besar. Pada perencanaan struktur Gedung Hotel Quest Surabaya ini akan didesain menggunakan Sistem Ganda karena gedung terletak di Kategori Desain Seismik D. Rangka utama didesain sebagai Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus dan dinding struktur didesain sebagai dinding struktur Beton Khusus. Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa rangka utama gedung mampu menahan beban lateral arah X dan Y yang masing-masing arah sebesar 25,30% dan Y 26,90% sehingga syarat Sistem Ganda terpenuhi. Gaya prategang pada balok prategang lantai 13 didapat sebesar 2000 kN dengan kehilangan gaya prategang sebesar 20,35 % dan gaya
prategang pada balok prategang lantai atap didapat sebesar 1000 kN dengan kehilangan gaya prategang sebesar 17,26 %

Surabaya Quest Hotel Building which was designed as high as 13 floors (± 40.8 m) is modified to 14 floors (± 43 m) and will be designed using reinforced concrete for all floors. It is also designed with prestressed concrete at the 13th and roof floors because of the 2 additional floors at 12th and 13th floors is
designed for a seminar room without any column interfering the space of the room, so that the seminar room becomes more
comfortable and spacious compared with the use of nonprestressed beams with larger dimensions.
The Quest Hotel Surabaya Building is designed using Dual System since it is assigned with Seismic Design Category D.
The main frame is designed with Special Moment Frame System
and the structural wall is designed as a Special Structural Wall. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the main frame of the building is able to withstand the lateral load in X- and Y-directions of 25.30% and 26.90%, respectively, so that the Dual System requirements are satisfied. The prestressing force of the beams at the 13th floor is 2000 kN with 20.35% loss of prestressing force and the prestressing force of the beams at the roof floor is 1000 kN with the loss of prestressing force of 17.26%.
