Abstract
Telah dilakukan Rekondisi turbin generator pada mini plant boiler agar daya keluaran yang dikonversikan dari Steam Boiler di Workshop Instrumentasi dapat dioptimalkan dan dalam perancangan tugas akhir ini menggunakan mikrokontroller Atmega32 sebagai kontrollernya kemudian diproses dan ditampilkan pada LCD dalam bentuk rpm selain itu data putaran rpm juga direkam dan ditampilkan melalui PC laptop, pada rekondisi alternator pressure pada steam output boiler menjadi acuan putaran rpm, dari putaran rpm yang didapat maka dapat diketahui keluaran tegangan charging accu. Turbin generator ampere model JFZ168 didapatkan apabila pressure diatas 4 bar dengan putaran 204 rpm maka alternator dapat mengeluarkan ampere untuk charging accumulator. Dari data tersebut rekondisi turbin generator DC lebih besar daripada generator Amepere dikarenakan torsi generator Ampere lebih besar sehingga putaran pada alternator menjadi berat. ========================================================================================================================has done reconditioned turbine generator on a mini boiler plant so that the output power is converted from steam boilers at the Workshop on Instrumentation can be optimized and in designing this final project using microcontroller ATmega32 as kontrollernya then processed and displayed on the LCD in the form of rotation rpm rpm besides the data is also recorded and displayed through a PC laptop, on reconditioned alternator output steam boiler pressure at the reference rotation rpm of rotation rpm obtained it can be seen charging voltage output amperage accu. Turbine generator JFZ168 models obtained if pressure above 4 bar with a round of 204 rpm the alternator can output amperage for charging the accumulator. From these data reconditioned turbine generator DC generator is larger than Amepere dikarenakn greater torque Ampere generators so that rotation to the alternator becomes heavy.
