Abstract

Gili Labak merupakan pulau kecil yang terletak di Kabupaten Sumenep bagian tenggara. Gili Labak memiliki potensi pariwisata yang cukup menjanjikan, khususnya untuk pariwisata bahari. Adanya potensi pariwisata yang cukup besar di Gili Labak tidak diikuti dengan adanya sarana infrastruktur beserta suprastruktur yang memadai. Tujuan dari peneliatian adalah mengetahui bagaimana desain konseptual infrastruktur beserta suprastruktur yang sesuai di Gili Labak dengan perhitungan nilai invetasi. Tahap pertama, pada perencanaan kapal penyeberangan mengetahui jumlah wisatawan yang akan berkunjung, dengan melakukan metode survei terhadap wisatawan. Tahap kedua, diketahui spesifikasi kapal penyeberangan wisata diikuti dengan perencanaan dermaga. Tahap terakhir, perhitungan nilai investasi dari infrastruktur. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan spesifikasi kapal penyeberangan yang baru dengan lambung katamaran, panjang = 17 m, lebar = 7 m, tinggi = 6,8 m, sarat = 0,75 m, koefesien blok = 0,52, kecepatan = 15 knot, dan kapasitas 70 penumpang. Nilai investasi kapal penyeberangan sebesar 11,2 milyar dan tarif kapal penyeberangan 1 kali perjalanan pulang-pergi sebesar Rp 100.000/orang. Sedangkan nilai investasi dermaga sebesar Rp 1,15 milyar dan penginapan sebesar 1,5 milyar. ===================================================================================================== Gili Labak is a small island located in – Sumenep of South East. Gili Labak has a promising tourism potential, especially in marine tourism. Unfortunately, the existence of the large tourism potential in Gili Labak is not followed by adequate infrastructure and suprastructure. The purpose of this study is to find out the conceptual design of infrastructure and suprastructure that fit into the condition in Gili Labak as well as calculate feasible to the invesment. The first step is to design these tourist vessels is by knowing the number of tourists who will visit Gili Labak, either local and foreign. It can be done by conducting survey to tourists. The second step is to arrange the specification of a ferry-vessel required, following that the new conceptual design of berth and homestay. The last step is to calculate the invesment of new concept infrastructure. The result of the study shows that the specification of the specification of a new ferry-vessel uses catamaran hull, with the length of all = 17 m, breadth = 7 m, height = 6,8 m, draft = 0.75 m, coeffesien block = 0,52, speed = 15 knots, and the capacity is for 70 passengers . Them to the investment of ferry-vessel is 11.2 billion, thus the passenger will be charged by Rp 100.000/person.round trip. Them to the invesment of berth & homestay are Rp 1.15 billion & Rp 1.5 billion (respectively).
