Abstract

Pada boiler terdapat variable-variabel yang berdampak pada sistem kerja dari boiler salah satunya yaitu flow. Jadi sebelum pada steam drum perlu ada monitoring flow pada input yaitu pada input boiler atau inlet feedwater. Rancang bangun sistem monitoring flow input water pada mini power plant yaitu berfungsi sebagai penampilan flow yang masuk ke ketel uap. Cara kerja sistem monitoring flow ini yaitu dengan menggunakan Water flow Sensor sebagai sensor aliran untuk mengetahui debit yang mengalir per satuan menit. Air yang mengalir dari tangki air ke ketel uap ketika valve dibuka, akan melewati sensor flow. Output dari sensor flow dimasukan ke mikrokontroller atmega 32. Atmega 32 berperan sebagai pemproses sinyal kemudian dikirim pada PC yang telah dilengkapi program tampilan HMI (Human Machine Interface) flow yang menggunakan Delphi. Data hasil pengukuran flow akan tersimpan pada database tiap satuan waktu. Dari hasil pengujian alat sensor didapatkan didapat nilai standart dari kalibrasi sensor yakni sebesar 0,706 L/menit, error alat ukur atau water flow sensor sebesar 0,382%, ketidakpastian diperluas atau Uexpand sebesar 0,678 L/menit, nilai akurasi pembacaan sensor sebesar 99,07%.

In the boiler there are variables that affect the working system of the boiler one of which is flow. So before the steam drum there needs to be monitoring flow on the input that is at the input of boiler or inlet feedwater. The design of the system of monitoring input water flow on the mini power plant that serves as the appearance of flow into the boiler. The workings of this flow monitoring system is by using the Water flow Sensor as a flow sensor to determine the flowing discharge per minute unit. Water that flows from the water tank to the boiler when the valve is opened, will pass through the sensor flow. The output of the sensor flow is input to the microcontroller atmega 32. Atmega 32 acts as a signal processing and then sent on a PC that has been equipped with a HMI (Human Machine Interface) flow program using Delphi. Data flow measurement results will be stored in the database per unit time. From sensor testing result got got standard value from calibration sensor that is equal to 0,706 L / min, error measuring instrument or water flow sensor equal to 3,54%, uncertainty expanded or Uexpand equal to 0,8813 L / minute, accuracy value of sensor reading equal to 99,46%.
