Abstract

Kereta api merupakan alat transportasi ini banyak diminati oleh masyarakat karena dianggap efektif dan efisien. Kereta api memiliki beberapa bagian, salah satunya pada bagian gerbong kereta makan dan pembangkit. Menurut Permenhub No. 15 Tahun 2011 dan Kepmen LH No. 48 Tahun 1996, bahwa kereta pembangkit harus memiliki hasil uji kebisingan sebesar 85 dBA dan kebisingan yang diperuntukkan untuk stasiun harus sebesar 70 dBA. Pada kondisi eksisting, gerbong kereta pembangkit sudah memenuhi standar, namun masih belum memenuhi standar pada kebisingan stasiun. Penelitian ditujukan untuk memperoleh hasil insulasi kebisingan dari desain enclosure yang dibuat dengan berbagai variasi, sehingga diperoleh enclosure dengan rasio grill 25% dan ventilasi di lantai, yaitu dengan nilai tingkat tekanan bunyi pada jarak 6 meter sebesar 65,77 dan 65,56 dBA.

Trains are a means of transportation is much in demand by the community because it is considered effective and efficient. The railway has several sections, one of which is on the railway carriage and the power plant. According to Permenhub. 15 of 2011 and the Decree of LH No. 48 of 1996, that the generator train should have a noise test result of 85 dBA and the noise intended for the station should be 70 dBA. In the existing condition, the train cars have met the standard, but still not meet the standards on station noise. The research was aimed to get the noise insulation result from the enclosure design that was made with various variations, so that the enclosure with 25% grill ratio and the floor ventilation was obtained with the sound pressure level at 6 meters distance of 65,77 and 65,56 dBA.
