Abstract

Budidaya lele tebar padat merupakan salah satu jenis budidaya lele dengan memanfaatkan media yang relatif sempit dengan menebarkan benih lele yang jumlahnya sangat banyak. Proporsi jumlah ikan terhadap luas kolam yang sangat padat ini, maka memerlukan pengendalian lingkungan yang tepat agar ikan tumbuh dengan normal. Salah satu parameter lingkungan yang penting adalah suhu air kolam, dimana jika suhu air kolam berubah drastis antara 24⁰C – 29⁰C dapat mengakibatkan lele stress hingga mati.
Pada budidaya lele pada umumnya, pengendalian suhu dilakukan dengan menyiram kolam selama 30 menit hingga suhu kembali optimal. Dengan adanya alat ini maka pengendalian dapat berjalan otomatis. Yaitu dengan menggunakan elemen peltier sebagai elemen pendingin dan band heater sebagai elemen pemanas. Hasil akhir dari alat ini mampu menjaga kondisi suhu tetap optimal yaitu 24⁰C – 29⁰C. Box pendingin mampu menurunkan suhu 0,25⁰C/menit dan heater mampu menaikkan suhu 2⁰C/menit. Selain itu kondisi suhu dapat dilihat pada LCD yang ada pada box panel. Sehingga alat ini mampu menjaga suhu air kolam.

Cultivation of densely populated catfish is one type of catfish cultivation by utilizing a relatively narrow media by scattering a lot of catfish seeds. The proportion amount of fish to this very densely populated pool, it requires proper environmental control in order for the fish to grow normally. One of the important environmental parameters is the temperature of pond water, where if the pool water temperature changed drastically between 24⁰C - 29⁰C can cause catfish stress to death.
In the catfish culture in general, temperature control is done by watering the pond for 30 minutes until the temperature returned optimally. With this tool then the control can run automatically. Namely by using peltier element as cooling element and band heater as heating element. The end result of this tool is able to maintain optimum temperature condition that is 24⁰C - 29⁰C. The cooling box can lower the temperature of 0.25⁰C/min and the heater can raise the temperature 2⁰C / min. In addition the temperature conditions can be seen on the existing LCD on the panel box. So this tool is able to maintain the temperature of the pond water.
