Abstract

Kran Air Siap Minum (KASM) merupakan kran berisi air steril siap konsumsi. KASM diharapkan dapat memberikan man-faat bagi masyarakat. Untuk mengetahui kebermanfaatan KASM perlu dilihat kepuasaan masyarakat yang menggunakan KASM, dimana tingkat kepuasan akan mempengaruhi loyalitas peng-guna KASM. Oleh karena itu, loyalitas pengguna KASM perlu di-pantau. Dalam statistika, untuk memantau stabilitas proporsi loyalitas pengguna KASM dilakukan dengan cara memonitor lo-yalitas menggunakan diagram kontrol. Diagram kontrol merupa-kan salah satu alat statistical proses control yang digunakan dalam proses monitoring. Dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan tiga diagram kontrol yaitu diagram kontrol chi-square, diagram kontrol proporsi loyalitas, dan diagram kontrol likelihood ratio. Implementasi dari ketiga diagram kontrol tersebut digunakan untuk memonitor loyalitas pengguna KASM. Dari 104 pengguna yang menjadi sampel pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa 2% pe-ngunjung menyatakan sangat tidak puas, 3% pengunjung menya-takan tidak puas, 40% pengunjung menyatakan cukup puas, 50% pengunjung menyatakan puas dan 5% pengunjung menyatakan sangat puas. Diagram kontrol chi-square dan likelihood ratio me-nunjukan lebih banyak titik pengamatan yang berada dekat batas kendali bawah dibandingkan diagram kontrol proporsi loyalitas.=================================================================================== Drinking Fountain (KASM) is a sterile water-filled tap ready for consumption. KASM is expected to provide benefits for the community. To know the usefulness of KASM, it is necessary to see the satisfaction of the community using KASM, where the level of satisfaction will affect the loyalty of KASM users. Therefore, KASM user loyalty needs to be monitored. KASM is done by monitoring loyalty using control chart. Control chart is one tool. In this research will be used three control charts are chi-square control chart, loyalty ratio control chart, and likelihood ratio control chart. Implementation of these three control charts is used to monitor the loyalty of KASM users. Of the 104 users who became an example of observation showed 2% of visitors stated very dissatisfied, 3% of visitors expressed dissatisfaction, 40% of visitors stated quite satisfied, 50% of visitors stated satisfied 5% Chi-square control chart and likelihood ratio show more Many observation points are near the control chart.
