Abstract

CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) Plant PT. PJB UP Muara Tawar
adalah suatu instalasi kompresi gas untuk melayani pasokan bahan bakar
PLTGU pada beban puncak sebagai pengganti bahan bakar minyak,
sehingga menjadikannya aset penting bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu,
perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan kajian terhadap tingkat resiko. Sehingga
dapat diketahui apakah masih berada pada tingkat yang aman atau tidak,
serta langkah-langkah strategis apa yang harus dilakukan untuk
menurunkan tingkat resiko tersebut. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah
dapat mengimplementasikan metode HAZID (Hazard Identification)
dalam proses identifikasi bahaya dan analisa resiko pada Pre-treatment
Plant di CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) plant PT. PJB UP Muara
Tawar. Dari semua hasil studi yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan
bahwa setiap node dari kajian yang dilakukan memiliki nilai risk score
yang cukup besar dalam artian masing-masing memeiliki kategori high
risk. Sehingga perlu dikaji lagi mengenai sistem safetynya agar dapat
mengurangi dampak resiko tersebut.

CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) Plant PT. UP PJB Muara
Tawar is a gas compression plant to serve the supply of fuel
Combined Cycle Power Plant at peak load as a substitute for fuel
oil, thus making it an important asset for the company. Therefore,
it is necessary to evaluate and study the level of risk. So it can be
known whether they are at a safe level or not, and what strategic
steps that must be done to reduce these risks. The purpose of this
thesis is to implement a method HAZID (Hazard Identification) in
the process of hazard identification and risk analysis on the Pretreatment
Plant in CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) plant, PT. UP
PJB Muara Tawar. Of all the studies that have been done, it can
be concluded that each node of the studies conducted have a risk
score values were quite large in terms of each of which has a high
risk category. So it is necessary to study more about safetynya
system in order to reduce the impact of the risk.
