Abstract
Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, manusia sering menggunakan alat bantu untuk mempermudah pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Alat-alat yang digunakan manusia untuk mempermudah dalam melakukan kerja atau usaha disebut pesawat. Sebuah pesawat berfungsi untuk memperbesar gaya atau usaha. Crane atau pesawat angkat didefinisikan sebagai peralatan yang digunakan untuk memindahkan dan mengangkat muatan baik bahan atau barang atau orang secara vertikal dan atau horizontal dalam jarak yang ditentukan. Telestopic Crane adalah jenis crane tipe sliding dimana dilengkapi dengan roda karet yang dapat bergerak pada jalur di atas permukaan tanah serta single arm. Crane ini umumnya dioperasikan dilapangan terbuka maupun pada kapal,namun panjang lintasan beserta konstruksinya dibatasi agar tidak mengganngu kestabilan kapal. SWL yang direncanakan dalam pemilihan crane yaitu sebesar 3 ton dan juga berat-berat peralatan lainnya yang mencapai 2,7 ton. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, diperoleh nilai tegangan geser maksimal sebesar 288,8 Mpa dan juga nilai dari tegangan sebesar 42.23 Mpa. Untuk safety factor yang diperoleh dari hasil simulasi sebesar 2.2 yang menjadi batas toleransi yang diberikan sebesar 2. Sehingga tingkat safety dari monorel ini saat digunakan masih safety. =============================================================================================== In everyday life, people often use tools to simplify the job done. The tools used by humans to facilitate the conduct of work or effort called the plane. A plane serves to increase the force or effort. Crane or lift aircraft is defined as equipment used to move and lift the load either materials or goods or people vertically or horizontally within a specified distance. Telestopic cranes are types of crane which is equipped with a sliding-type rubber wheels that can move on a track above the ground level and single arm. These cranes are generally operated an open field or on the ship, but the length of the track and its construction is limited in order not mengganngu ship stability. SWL planned in the election that is equal to 3 ton cranes and also other heavy equipment, estimated at 2.7 tons. Based on simulation results, the value of the maximum shear stress of 288.8 MPa and also the value of the voltage of 42.23 MPa. For the safety factor obtained from the simulation results of 2.2 which is the limit of tolerance given by 2. So that level of safety when used this monorail still safety.
