Abstract

Indonesia dengan luas wilayah laut hampir dua pertiga dari luas daratanya, menjadi perhatian khusus dari pemerintah untuk melindungi keamanan dan kedaulatan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI). Dengan luas wilayah perairan yang cukup besar maka wilayah perairan yang harus dijaga oleh pemerintah tidaklah sedikit. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dibuat konsep desain Kapal Tanpa Awak yang selanjutnya disebut Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) yang dirasa dapat memenuhi kebutuhan monitoring wilayah perairan Indonesia. Proses desain USV berupa perhitungan teknis, Rencana Garis, Rencana Umum, dan model tiga dimensi dapat dilakukan setelah mendapatkan ukuran utama. Ukuran utama kapal ditentukan dari kebutuhan platform yang digunakan pada USV berdasarkan operational requirements dan decision tree yang digunakan untuk menentukan tipe lambung, material, dan sistem propulsi. Pada akhirnya didapatkan hasil desain USV dengan tipe lambung katamaran dan menggunakan sistem propulsi elektrik. Ukuran utama yang didapatkan adalah Lpp = 6.94 m; B = 3.5 m; H = 1.27 m; T = 0.5 m; S/L = 0.196. Nilai freeboard dan stabilitas kapal memenuhi sesuai standar Non-Convention Vessel Standard (NCVS) dan HSC Annex 7 Multihull 2000. ================================================================================================= Indonesia, with two-thirds of its area consist of water, is getting a special attention from the goverment to protect its security and sovereignity. Those not a little water area to be maintained by Indonesian government. In this final project, a design concept of an Unmanned Surface Vehicle will be able to fulfill the needs of monitoring the territorial waters of Indonesia. The USV design process is in the form of thecnical calculations, lines plan, general arrangement, and three dimensional model. Those can be done after getting the main dimenssions. The main dimenssions of the USV is determined by needs of platform based on operational requirement and decision tree used to specify the type of hull, material, and propulsion systems. At the end of the pprocess, is obtained an Unmanned Surface Vehicle with catamaran hull type and using electric propulsion system. The main dimensions obtained from the calculation are Lpp = 6.94 m; B = 3.5 m; H = 1.27 m; T = 0.5 m; S/L = 0.196. The value of freeboard and the stability meets the standard of Non-Convention Vessel Standard (NCVS) and HSC Annex 7 Multihull 2000.
