Abstract

PT X merupakan salah satu jenis Perusahaan Penyedia Jasa Pekerja/Buruh (PPJP/B) yang bergerak pada jasa/pelayanan. PT X mempuyai 4 layanan yaitu, security, driver, sales marketing dan parking service. 60% sumber pendapatan PT X didapatkan dari layanan sales marketing, seharusnya PT X memberikan perhatian lebih terhadap layanan sales marketing. Pada kenyataannya PT X sering tidak bisa mengirimkan tenaga kerja sales marketing sesuai waktu yang ditentukan oleh mitra perusahaaan. Hal ini dikarenakan PT X diduga kesulitan untuk merancang proses seleksi yang objektif dan cepat.
Penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk melakukan personality assesment memperbaiki proses seleksi pada PT X dari setiap aspek Five Factor Model. Metode Five Factor Model (FFM) ini digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi karakter calon tenaga kerja. 30 aspek dalam FFM dijadikan kriteria seleksi bagi PT X. Untuk mengetahui kriteria yang di inginkan PT X dilakukan pembobotan dengan metode Borda. Untuk melakukan pengambilan keputusan, dihubungkan setiap bobot kriteria dengan nilai personality assesment calon tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).
Usulan model ini digunakan untuk menyelesaikan dua kasus pada PT X, yaitu sales marketing properti dan sales marketing kosmetik.Dari keselurahan langkah yang sudah dilalui pada penelitian ini, rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan kepada perusahaan adalah memilih calon tenaga kerja 6,8 dan 10 untuk pekerjaan sales marketing properti dan calon tenaga kerja 4 dan 5 untuk pekerjaan sales marketing kosmetik.

PT X is a worker/employee provider company (PPJP/B) that engages in services. PT X has 4 services namely security, driver, sales marketing and parking service. 60 % of PT X revenues are obtained from sales marketing service, therefore PT X should give high focus on sales marketing service. In fact, PT X often can't provide sales marketing workforce according to the time specified by partner companies. This is because PT X is suspected to be difficult to design an objective and fast selection process.
This research recommends to conduct a personality assessment to improve the selection process in PT X using aspect of Five Factor Model. This method is used to identify the character of worker candidates. 30 aspect of FFM are used as selection criteria for PT X. To know the ideal criteria for PT X, a weighting process is conducted using Borda. For decision making process, each criteria weight is linked with personality assessment of worker candidate by implementing Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method.
This model is used to solve two cases in PT X, that is sales marketing of property and sales marketing of cosmetic. After conducting all of processess, the recommendation given for the company are to select worker candidates of 6, 8, 10 for property sales marketing work and worker candidates of 4 and 5 for cosmetic sales marketing work.
