Abstract

Setiap tahun kebutuhan listrik di Indonesia khususnya Pulau Jawa semakin meningkat. Pemerintah melalui PT. PLN merencanakan pengembangan kapasitas dan energi listrik guna mengatasi meningkatnya kebutuhan tersebut. Sehingga pada tahun 2025 sistem kelistrikan di Jawa-Madura-Bali merencanakan penambahan kapasitas pembangkit sebesar 5200 MW dan penambahan saluran serta kapasitas beban. Dengan adanya penambahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan studi kestabilan transien untuk mengetahui kestabilan sistem saat terjadi gangguan transien. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan simulasi analisis kestabilan transien menggunakan software ETAP 12.6 dengan studi kasus diantaranya pelepasan generator, pelepasan saluran dan hubung singkat. Cara memperbaiki kestabilan transien dengan metode yaitu untuk gangguan hubung singkat 3 fasa dengan menentukan critical clearing time dan untuk gangguan 1 fasa ke tanah digunakan metode menentukan single pole auto reclosing time. Dan didapatkan hasil analisis kestabilan transien untuk gangguan pelepasan generator dan pelepasan saluran sistem masih dalam keadaan stabil. sedangkan untuk gangguan hubung singkat 3 fasa saluran Muara Tawar-Bekasi pada beban puncak, waktu pemutusan kritis sudut rotor stabil dan frekuensi dalam range aman adalah 0.264 detik. Dan untuk gangguan 1 fasa ke tanah didapatkan pemutusan saluran 0.2 detik dan penutupan kembali 0.9 detik.

Every year the demand for electricity in Indonesia especially Java Island is increasing. The government through PT. PLN is planning to develop electrical energy and capacity to overcome the increasing need. Therefore in 2025, the electricity system in Java-Madura-Bali is planned to add more generating capacity of 5200 MW as well as adding line and capacity. With this addition, it is necessary to conduct transient stability study to know the stability system when transient disturbance occurs. In this final project, simulation of transient stability analysis is conducted by using ETAP 12.6 with case study such as the release of generator, line and short circuit. How to fix transient stability, the following methods are used; for interference of three phase short circuit is by determining critical clearing time and for one phase to the ground disruption is by using a method of single pole auto reclosing time. And the result of the transient stability analysis for disruption generator and system channel discharge is still in stable condition. As for three phase short circuit interference of Muara Tawar-Bekasi line at peak load, the critical disconnection time of the stable rotor angle and frequency in safe range is 0.264 seconds. And for one phase to the ground disruption, the line breaking is 0.2 seconds and the line reclosing is 0.9 second.
