Abstract

Perubahan permintaan daya listrik yang bervariasi pada PLTU menyebabkan laju uap pada boiler juga ikut bervariasi dan tidak menentu. Hal ini merupakan gangguan pada sistem pengaturan temperatur uap superheater. Pada pembangkit listrik berkapasitas 500 MW, temperatur uap superheater diatur agar tetap bernilai di sekitar 541 C, maksimum penyimpangan adalah ±10 C dari 541 C. Jika terlalu panas atau sebaliknya, maka dapat merusak komponen-komponen dalam boiler. Pada umumnya, sistem pengaturan temperatur uap superheater menggunakan kontroler PID konvensional. Namun, adanya gangguan yang bervariasi menyebab kontroler ini kurang mampu memenuhi spesifikasi. Kontroler PI-Fuzzy Auto-tuner diterapkan untuk mengatur temperatur uap superheater sehingga berada tetap di sekitar setpoint yang ditentukan ketika terdapat gangguan. Kontroler PI-Fuzzy Auto-tuner mampu meredam penyimpangan nilai temperatur uap superheater ketika terdapat gangguan berupa beban aliran laju uap untuk 50% - 100% dari beban maksimum, yaitu dengan penyimpangan maksimum (perturbation peak) sebesar 9.9 C. ===================================================================================== Changes in demand power in steam power plant which variate and have uncertainty. Its make steam flow in boiler variate and have uncertainty too. In 500 MW power plant temperature of superheated steam is maintained at around 541 o C. Maksimum deviation of temperature ± 10 표 퐶 of 541 표 퐶 . If the temperature is too high or too low, it can damage components of boiler. In general, steam temperatur control using conventional PID controller. However, if there are disturbances, this controller is not able to reach the specification. PI - Fuzzy Auto - tuner controller was applied to adjust the steam temperature in order to be at a point when there is a disturbance . System settings using the PI - Fuzzy Auto - tuner is able to reduce disturbance of 50% - 100% of load with maximum perturbation peak is 9. 9 o C .
