Abstract

Rumah Sakit di kota besar saat ini cenderung berada di lingkungan dengan intensitas kebisingan yang lebih besar dari batas baku mutu yang telah ditetapkan. Salah satu Rumah Sakit di Surabaya, yaitu Rumah Sakit Islam A. Yani, berada di pinggir kota dengan arus lalu lintas yang cukup ramai, sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui besar tingkat kebisingan di lingkungan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebisingan di Rumah Sakit Islam A. Yani Surabaya dan dibandingkan dengan baku mutu, serta untuk mengetahui distribusi tingkat kebisingan dengan program surfer. Teknik pengambilan data mengacu pada KEPMEN LH RI No. 48 / MENLH / PER / XI / 1996 tentang Baku Mutu Tingkat Kebisingan. Pengukuran tingkat kebisingan dilakukan selama tujuh hari pada sepuluh lokasi yang berbeda. Hasil pada hari Senin, nilai tingkat kebisingan berkisar antara 63-72 dBA. Pada hari Selasa nilai kebisingan berkisar antara 64-74 dBA. Untuk hari Rabu nilai kebisingan berkisar antara 64-73 dBA, hari Kamis nilai kebisingan berkisar antara 59-72 dBA. Pada hari Jumat nilai kebisingan berkisar antara 58-74 dBA. Pada hari Sabtu nilai kebisingan berkisar antara 60-74 dBA dan hari Minggu nilai kebisingan berkisar antara 67-71 dBA. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pada hari Senin hingga Minggu, nilai tingkat kebisingan menunjukkan melebihi baku mutu. Peta persebaran kebisingan pada hari Senin sampai Minggu menunjukkan bahwa semakin bertambahnya jarak dari sumber kebisingan jalan, maka semakin terjadi penurunan nilai tingkat kebisingan. ========================================================================================================= Hospital in big cities currently tend to be in an environment with a noise intensity greater than the established quality limit. One of the hospitals in Surabaya, that is Islamic A. Yani Hospital, is in the suburbs with a fairly busy traffic flow, so research needs to be done to find out the great noise level in the hospital environment. This study aimed to determine the level of noise in the islamic A. Yani hospital surabaya and to compare with the standard quality, and to make a map of noise distribution by surfer. Techniques of data collection refers to the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 48 Year 1996 on Noise Level Standard. Noise level measurements conducted for seven days at ten different locations. The result that on Monday, the value for noise level were in range 63-72 dBA. Tuesday noise levels were in range 64-74 dBA. Wednesday noise levels were in range 64-73 dBA, Thursday noise levels were in range 59-72 dBA. Friday noise levels were in range 58-74 dBA. Saturday noise levels were in range 60-74 dBA and Sundays noise levels were in range 67-71 dBA. The results showed that on Mondays to Sundays, noise level values were exceeded the quality standard. Map on the noise distribution on Monday trough Sunday showed the decrease of noise level in function of distance.
