Abstract

A criminal case on port container handling in Indonesia can be caused by many factors. One of them is an anomaly in the process model. Responding to the issue this research proposes a method to detection anomaly on port container handling for decrease the loss of port container handling and to be wary on a case that detected an anomaly. In order to be able to detect anomalies on the PT. Terminal Container Surabaya is based on the 5 Attributes are Skip Sequence, Wrong Throughput Time Max, Wrong Throughput Time Min, Wrong Decision and Wrong Pattern Analysis. In this research, event logs are obtained from the database PT. Terminal Container Surabaya through the process of selecting the required event log, after the selection process occurs, then the process of filtering event log based on 3 factors are noise logs, incompleteness logs, and truncated logs. The result of the filtered log is used to detect anomalies. Then build a Control Flow Patterns for form a model process that can be used for a detected the wrong pattern using isomorphism graphs called anomaly patterns. Anomaly detection is done automatically by using the program and the results of the anomaly detection will be analyzed by using two methods are Fuzzy Regression method and Multiple Linear Regression where the two will be compared which is the best algorithm to detect an anomaly. Multiple linear regression is an algorithm to find predicts the rate of the anomaly from the all of anomaly attribute value that the value is continuous (0.1, 0.2,… Xn). Fuzzy regression is the new technique to find the predicts rate of fraud that more accurately than multiple linear regression, the step are first classified which case having no anomaly, low anomaly, medium anomaly and high anomaly then find the predicts rate of anomaly from the all of anomaly attribute value that the value is discrete (No Anomaly, Low Anomaly, Medium Anomaly and High Anomaly). The result shows that fuzzy regression is more appropriate for detecting anomaly than multiple linear regression. Proved by the result of sensitivity and specificity are 78% and 99% for the high anomaly, 85% and 99% for the medium anomaly, 88% and 99% for low anomaly and 99% and 86% for no anomaly.
