Abstract

Perusahaan berbasis teknologi informasi sedang dalam fase pertumbuhan yang cepat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Dimana teknologi terapan menjadi salah satu pemicu inovasi dari sebuah organisasi. Entitas yang terlibat secara langsung dalam inovasi teknologi terapan adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM) berkualitas. Perlu ada perlakuan yang baik kepada setiap SDM untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan motivasi mereka dalam berinovasi. Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan untuk menentukan kontribusi dari Departemen Service Operation, Sales & Marketing, serta Business Development yang berperan dalam proses pengembangan produk baru sehingga didapat distribusi keuntungan yang lebih adil dan bersifat dinamis bagi ketiga departemen. Dengan menggunakan mekanisme Shapley Value dalam pembagian grand coalition payoff pada coalitional game theory sebagai dasar sistem insentif. Penelitian Tugas Akhir dilakukan dengan menentukan nilai kinerja proses pengembangan produk pada perusahaan, lalu dilakukan estimasi nilai emergence dari koalisi pengembangan produk dengan model belief degree sehingga diperoleh Shapley Value dari koalisi. Hasilnya didapat bahwa kontribusi departemen Service Operation sebesar 32.9%, departemen Sales & Marketing sebesar 34.3%, dan Departemen Business Development sebesar 32.8% pada koalisi pengembangan produk baru. Nilai tersebut dijadikan dasar perolehan keuntungan sekaligus kerugian dari produk yang dikembangkan pada masa mendatang sehingga terus menstimulasi inovasi pengembangan produk.

Information Technology based company is on the rapid developing phase in the last decade. This is where applied technology become stimulation of innovation in organization. Entity which have direct connection with innovation in applied technology is high quality Human Resource (HR). In order to achieve that, every Human Capital should be engaged to innovate. Money is the highest driver of employee motivation beside culture and environment. This research wants to develop a novel way to determine employee incentive with coalitional game theory approach especially in product development phase in PT BEON Intermedia. By determining marginal contribution and Shapley Value of coalition in product development, author can distribute company profit/loss in new product development process more dynamic and fair throughout member of coalition. So, it can increase employee engagement in company to innovate in product.
This research use employee appraisal from HRD and managerial expertise view to model belief degree to approximate emergence value of coalition. Then Shapley Value of Department coalition in product development is calculated. The result is Service Operation Department contribute 32.9%, Sales & Marketing Department contribute 34.3%, Business Development Department 32.8% in the grand coalition of new product development. And finally, the result is used as a base for incentive system policy in internal company organization to stimulate innovation.
