Abstract

Berbanding lurus dengan perkembangan kota Surabaya laju pertumbuhan penduduk pun bertambah. Kebutuhan tanah untuk tempat tinggal semakin hari semakin meningkat, sedangkan ketersediaan lahan untuk ditempati tidak dapat bertambah. Apartemen hadir memberikan solusi untuk masalah tersebut.
Seiring dengan meningkatnya permintaan apartemen, proses pembangunan apartemen harus cepat dan murah. Salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi biaya konstruksi apartemen dan mempercepat proses pembangunan adalah menggunakan sistem pra-cetak. Pada sistem pracetak, sambungan merupakan elemen yang sangat penting dalam desain konstruksi bangunan tahan gempa.
Oleh karena itu, Gedung Voza Office Tower yang terletak di kota Surabaya yang berada pada kota berkategori desain seismik E harus sangat diperhatikan desain sambungannya. Sehingga pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan Desain Struktur Gedung Voza Office Tower menggunakan beton pracetak dan sambungan basah sesuai ACI 318M-14 dan beton pratekan untuk atapnya.

the development of the city of Surabaya the
rate of population growth was increased. Land requirements for

are increasing, while the availability of land to occupy can
not
remain the same
. Apartments provide a solution to th

problem. The apartm
ents themselves embrace the concept of
vertical dwelling, thus comparing the number of occupants per
occupied land.

he increasing demand for apartments, the process of
building apartments should be fast and cheap. One alternative to
reduce the cost of ap
artment construction and speed up the
development process is to use a pre
cast
system. In precast systems,
connection is a very important element in earthquake resistant
construction design.
Therefore, the Office Voza Office Tower located in the
city of Su
rabaya which is located in the city categorized seismic
design E must be very concerned about the design of the
connection
.
So,
in this final
assignment
will be done Building
Structure Design Voza Office Tower using precast concrete and
wet connection according to ACI 318M
-
14 and prestressed
concrete for the roof.
